The cycle nobody taught you

Alexander Chizhevsky was a Soviet biophysicist who did something nobody else thought to do: he plotted mass human behavior — riots, revolts, wars, uprisings — against the sunspot record going back to 500 BC. Then Edward R. Dewey picked it up decades later and charted it out for an English-speaking audience.

“Life is a phenomenon. Its production is due to the influence of the dynamics of the cosmos on a passive subject. It lives due to dynamics, each oscillation of organic pulsation is coordinated with the cosmic heart in a grandiose whole of nebulas, stars, the sun and the planet.”

What Chizhevsky found is that the 11-year solar cycle breaks into four phases, and human beings behave predictably in each one:

1. Three years of minimum. PASSIVITY and autocratic rule. Roughly 5% of mass historical events.

2. Two years of organization. The masses start gathering under new leaders, around a single theme. ~20%.

3. Three years of maximum excitability. Revolution and war. 60% of everything.

4. Three years of decline. The masses go apathetic. ~15%.

Sixty percent of human upheaval crammed into three years out of every eleven. That is not a vibe. That is a distribution.

And it is no longer fringe.

Soviet researcher Alexander Chizhevsky suggested that revolutions coincided with peaks in solar activity, an idea largely dismissed at the time but never fully erased. Recent biomedical research gives this tradition new resonance... geomagnetic disturbances, more pronounced during solar maxima, affect cardiovascular regulation, circadian rhythm, and stress responses. These disruptions are closely tied to emotional states such as anxiety, fear, and anger, which sociologists have identified as accelerators of, or even integral to, protest and revolution.

Your heart rate, your sleep, your stress hormones. Solar maximum puts your brain on fire. Solar minimum turns the burner down.

Check the tape:

• Dec 1979 maximum → Iran hostage crisis.

• 1989–1991 double peak → Desert Storm.

• 2001 maximum → 9/11, Afghanistan, then Iraq in 2003.

• 2011–Feb 2014 → Arab Spring, Libya, Syria, Fukushima.

• 2024–2025 maximum → we bombed Iran.

Every single solar maximum, we pick a war. Like clockwork.

COVID was the dress rehearsal

Now run it the other direction, because this is the part that matters.

The 2019–2020 solar minimum gave us the coronavirus pandemic. And I sat there watching people I’d known my whole life put on a mask alone in their own car, stop going to church because a bureaucrat said so, stand on a sticker on the floor, and take shot after shot after shot without question.

I could not believe how people didn’t fight back.

But I wasn’t surprised. Go to my YouTube channel, scroll back to March 2020, and you’ll find me calling the mandates, the boosters, all of it — before any of it happened. Not because I’m a prophet. Because the chart was sitting right there in front of me.

Three years of minimum activity. This period is characterized by passivity and autocratic rule.

Passivity and autocratic rule. That’s Dewey’s line from 1971, describing 2020 forty-nine years early.

The next minimum lands 2030–2032, and we are heading into a grand solar minimum expected to run through solar cycles 26 and 27. Reduced sunspot counts, reduced total solar irradiance. Not a Maunder. Probably not even a Dalton — I’m not going to doom you into the ground, and nobody actually knows how low the sun will go. That part is UNKNOWN and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something.

But the behavioral floor? That we can predict. And They™ can read the same chart I can.

Four clocks, one alarm

Here is what is scheduled to happen inside that window of maximum human compliance.

The Climate Clock runs out July 21st, 2029. I wrote this up in February 2024 and the countdown has only gotten shorter [Climate Clock]. The Pope stood next to one. A prince stood next to one. They built physical monuments to a deadline.

Agenda 2030 will not be met. Not by me saying so — by the people tracking it [Top 5 Reasons Why We Will Not Achieve SDG Goals by 2030]. And the fallback was published back in 2016: Academics call for geoengineering preparation in wake of Paris Agreement’s “deadly flaws”. The DC Leaks emails show Podesta’s crowd working out how to fund exactly that, on the back of Paris [ClimateViewer, Oct 2016].

A U.S. presidential election in November 2028, with a new administration seated January 2029 — right as the sun goes quiet and the clock hits zero. Whoever walks in gets handed an “emergency” with a solution already shrink-wrapped.

And the solution is on a calendar. David Keith, February 5th, 2024:

A country or group of countries could conceivably start a subscale solar geoengineering deployment in as little as five years.

2024 + 5 = 2029.

Twelve years later the ante is 15 private jets. That’s it. That’s the barrier to entry now.

Then there’s Stardust Solutions — the outfit I started writing about in 2024 when there were about two mentions of them on the entire internet. A self-described stealth startup that has since raised $75 million from AWZ Ventures, Lower Carbon Capital, Future Ventures, Hebrew University, Tel Aviv University, SUNY Albany’s Atmospheric Sciences Research Center and two dozen more [SRM360 Funding Tracker].

Their investor pitch deck lays out the schedule:

Annually dispersing 1 million tons of sun-reflecting particles... 2028: government contracts. 2030: large-scale demonstration. 2035: global full-scale deployment, operational cost $20 billion per year, expected revenues $1.5 billion per year, potential IPO. - POLITICO

One million tons. The exact figure Keith projected in 2012. Just a coincidence, I’m sure.

They already flew their April 2026 test [CIEL]. They kept the material inside the cabin and released nothing — I’ll give them that, and I’ll say it even though it weakens my own headline, because I’d rather be right than loud. But the hardware has flown.

What this actually proves

Let me be exact about the columns, because I’m not doing fear porn.

What we can prove:

1. Chizhevsky’s four-phase cycle is in the peer-reviewed literature and the behavioral correlation is documented, not asserted.

2. The Climate Clock ends July 2029. Agenda 2030 will miss. Geoengineering was named as the Paris fallback in 2016, in writing.

3. David Keith has publicly put subscale deployment at five years out from 2024, and the aircraft requirement at fifteen business jets.

4. Stardust Solutions has $75 million and a slide deck promising 2030 demonstration and 2035 global deployment.

5. The 2030–2032 solar minimum sits on top of all of it.

What I do not claim: that anyone engineered the solar cycle, or that the pandemic was timed to it. The sun does what the sun does. My claim is narrower and worse — that people who plan on decade timescales can read a solar cycle chart as easily as I can, and that the least resistant population in a generation is scheduled to arrive at the exact moment the syringe does.

And here’s the part that should keep you up. Start subscale SAI in 2030. Land inside a grand solar minimum. Then add one VEI-6 volcanic eruption. That’s crop failure. That’s famine. That’s dead people. And once you start you cannot stop — “rapid warming if stopped” is #7 on Alan Robock’s list of 27 reasons geoengineering may be a bad idea.

Then look at #21: Commercial control. Whose hand is on the thermostat? Whoever pays the most. That list is from 2018. Stardust didn’t exist yet. Robock called it anyway.

What we do about it

The window to stop this is NOW, while people can still be bothered to care. That is the whole point of the chart. Once the minimum sets in, the movement goes quiet on its own — I’ve watched it happen three times in twenty years, and my own traffic graph looks exactly like a sunspot plot.

So while you’re still angry:

1. Stop staring at the lines in the sky. Contrail-induced cirrus is real, it’s pollution, and I’ve documented it for fifteen years at ChemtrailFacts.com — but stratospheric aerosol injection makes no stripe and no cloud. It’s too dry up there. If you’re watching for trails, you are watching the wrong altitude and you will never see this coming.

2. Read Robock’s 27 reasons. All of them. Then read Keith’s own criticism of Stardust — when the man they call the Darth Vader of the sun-screen world says a company has the wrong structure and the wrong problem, that’s worth your ten minutes.

3. Point your energy at Washington, because nowhere else will work.

   I need to be blunt with the people who mean well here. You cannot solve this locally. A county ordinance does not reach a Gulfstream at 60,000 feet. It does not reach a company headquartered in Tel Aviv with $75 million and a launch date. And it does not reach a stratosphere that does not care where your county line is — that’s the entire nature of the thing. Sulfur injected over one hemisphere changes rainfall on the other. Solar radiation modification is a sovereignty problem, and sovereignty is federal. PERIOD.
   

   The Environmental Modification Convention — ENMOD, the weather warfare ban opened for signature in 1977 — is a treaty, and treaties are the State Department’s job, not your city hall’s. And it already contains the mechanism:

   Any State Party to this Convention which has reason to believe that any other State Party is acting in breach of obligations deriving from the provisions of the Convention may lodge a complaint with the Security Council of the United Nations.
   — ENMOD, Article V(3) [SOURCE]

   That mechanism has never been used. Not once, in forty-eight years.
   

   And here’s the gap I’m not going to paper over, because it’s the whole reason I wrote a bill instead of a petition: ENMOD Article I binds States against “military or any other hostile use.” A venture-funded startup selling sun-dimming as a climate service is not obviously a State Party conducting hostilities. That hole is not a technicality — it’s the doorway. No competent counsel misses a gap that size, and they are walking through it sideways while everyone argues about airplane exhaust.
   

   The Environmental Modification Accountability Act exists to close that hole and to say the part nobody in this field will say out loud:
   

   Blocking our sun is an act of war.
   

   Not a research question. Not a governance gap. Not a thing to convene a stakeholder working group about. If a company, a consortium, or a country puts a megaton of sulfur over our heads and takes our rainfall, our growing season, and our sky with it, that is an attack on the United States and on every nation downwind — and the answer is the one we reserve for attacks:

   You block our sun, that is a national security threat and an ENMOD violation, and we will use our military to enforce our sovereignty.

   That is not bloodlust. That is deterrence. A ban nobody will enforce is a suggestion with a letterhead. The only reason Stardust can sell a 2030 demonstration to investors at all is that every person in that room knows the realistic worst case is a strongly worded statement from a UN panel and a bad week on X.

4. Share this before the sun goes down. Until the last Who in Whoville raised their voice, it wasn’t enough. Dr. Seuss knew exactly what he was talking about.

They™ have an address, a board, an investor list, and a slide with a year on it. That’s not a conspiracy. That’s a business plan with a deadline — and now you know what the deadline is for.

Seth Holehouse asked me to come on and explain geoengineering, and about four minutes in I told him the thing that gets me called a shill, a gatekeeper, and worse, roughly every single day of my life:

The lines in the sky are not the program. They are the distraction FROM the program.

Both halves of that sentence matter, and almost nobody holds both at once. The debunkers say “just contrails, nothing to see here” and walk away from 47 million pounds of metals and soot. The chemtrail community says “secret spray tanks” and walks right past David Keith announcing his start date.

I’ve spent twenty years on this. I was dragged into the chemtrail world kicking and screaming because my comment section would not let me ignore it. Here’s what I’ve got.

Ten Technologies. One Of Them Has Actually Been Used As A Weapon.

Everything at weathermodificationhistory.com breaks into three categories, and they are separated by ALTITUDE, not by vibes:

1. Weather modification — the troposphere. Where all weather happens.

2. Geoengineering — the stratosphere. Above the clouds.

3. Space weather modification — the ionosphere. Above everything.

Let’s start at the top, because that’s where the loudest claims live.

Sky Heaters

HAARP, the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program in Gakona, Alaska. There are four other ionospheric heaters in the world. Not forty. Not four hundred. Four. Despite anything you have been told, they require a very specific antenna type, a specific frequency, and specific power to do space weather modification.

They work in tandem with sounding rockets and satellites that release barium, strontium, trimethylaluminum, lithium, cesium, and sulfur hexafluoride. Why? Because the ionosphere is INVISIBLE. Dump chemicals up there, they stick to magnetic field lines, and now HAARP has something it can heat and watch in the D, E, and F regions. This isn’t exotic. The Combined Release and Radiation Effects Satellite was doing this with the Arecibo heater back in the 1980s.

Now here’s the part that gets me hate mail.

Everyone points at Bernard Eastlund’s patents. Eastlund himself, on his own Eastlund Science website — now deleted, pull it off archive.org — said the patent called for an antenna array 10 to 100 times the size of HAARP.

Do the arithmetic with me:

• HAARP: 3.6 million watts, roughly 5 billion watts effective radiated power.

• Eastlund’s own estimate to nudge the jet stream: 100 BILLION watts.

• The most powerful radar on the planet, at Eglin AFB on the Florida panhandle: about 40 million watts. It cannot affect weather, because the energy passes straight through it.

There has never been a documented case in the history of man of an electromagnetic frequency changing the weather. Not one. The exception is lasers, and even then we’re talking about ionizing a narrow column of air for laser-channeled lightning or femtosecond filament rain triggering. Real technology. In my timeline. Not a jet stream steering wheel.

I want HAARP investigated. I also want to stop watching the movement burn its credibility on a 3.6 megawatt antenna farm while the actual deployment plan gets written in public.

Cloud Seeding: Invented 1946, Weaponized By 1967

Vincent Schaefer, Irving Langmuir, and Bernard Vonnegut (yes, Kurt’s brother) at General Electric, November 1946. Silver iodide and dry ice.

By October 1947 — eleven months later — Project Cirrus seeded an unnamed tropical storm that was headed out to sea. It turned 180 degrees and hit Savannah, Georgia. Damage and dead people.

The rewrite says a frontal shelf did it. Fine. Here’s my rule, and it’s the oldest rule in the world: if you break it, you buy it. If you modify it, you own the damage. Langmuir was running his mouth about Cirrus in the papers and got told to shut up, because the lawyers could already see where this was going.

Eleven months from invention to steering a hurricane. Sit with that.

The Only One Ever Used In War

Cloud seeding is the ONLY technology on that entire list ever documented as a weapon of war.

Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam. The Ho Chi Minh Trail. Project Popeye, also filed under Operation Motorpool, Intermediary, and Compatriot, because nothing says “we’re proud of this” like five names for it. CIA, Air Force, and Navy sprinkling silver iodide and lead iodide into the monsoon to make the trail impassable. 1967 to 1972.

If you’ve seen Forrest Gump or any Vietnam documentary, you’ve seen soldiers up to their waists in water.

The official retrospective is that it didn’t really work, it had no real effect on the monsoon. Then why’d you do it for five years?

Jack Anderson spotted a page on Lyndon Johnson’s desk mentioning Popeye. Seymour Hersh wrote it up in the New York Times in 1972. And suddenly you had a room full of old men in Congress not merely outraged about weather warfare, but glancing at each other and thinking: wait, we can control the weather?

It was Johnson himself, as vice president, who said “he who controls the weather controls the world.” Kennedy had been talking about international cooperation on weather modification for the benefit of mankind. Johnson took the other fork.

Three congressional hearings later, the world signed the Environmental Modification Convention (ENMOD), the weather warfare ban.

Was it weak and flawed? Absolutely.

Here’s the flaw, and it’s the whole ballgame: they acknowledged the problem and never built a way to verify compliance. Trust, and then don’t bother verifying.

How You Fix ENMOD: Steal The Nuke Playbook

We banned upper-atmosphere nuclear testing after Starfish Prime and the Soviet Project K tests were frying satellites with EMP at 300 km. 2,600 detonations in, somebody finally said enough.

But the Limited Test Ban Treaty didn’t just ban the thing. It built the machinery to CATCH people doing the thing: the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty Organization’s International Monitoring System, infrasound recorders and seismographs ringing the planet. Kim Jong-un pops one off and we triangulate it in milliseconds. 45 milliseconds to this sensor, 70 to that one, 25 to the other. There it is.

That’s what a real treaty looks like.

So I’ve proposed the Environmental Modification Accountability Act. If weather warfare is still going on today — and I believe it is — we have to be able to PROVE it. That means:

• Sampling what chemicals are in our rainfall.

• Sampling what’s actually in our stratosphere.

• Knowing where the flights are, including the military activity that never shows up on flight radar.

Transparency and accountability. Same two words I’ve been saying for a decade, and no treaty on Earth currently delivers either one.

The Rain Embargo: How You Cloud Seed To Create A Drought

After Popeye, the CIA ran weather warfare against Cuba. This one gets almost no play.

Project Stormfury had NOAA trying to steer hurricanes for about two decades, and the CIA used some of those missions to try to push storms into Cuba. They also seeded over the Gulf so the rain would fall on open water before it ever reached the island.

The goal was DROUGHT. The target was Castro’s sugar crop.

How do you make a drought by seeding clouds? You over-seed them. Flood the cloud with so many particles that every droplet that forms is too small to fall. Squeeze the rain out early, and what’s left can’t grow heavy enough to reach the ground. They called it a rain embargo.

Read that again, because it kills the most common assumption in this entire field: seeding does not just mean “more rain.” It means whoever is holding the dial decides.

Langmuir’s own comparison: one gram of silver iodide under optimum conditions releases latent heat on the order of an atomic bomb. That’s the leverage. Chemicals have an oversized butterfly effect on precipitation because they change heat distribution fast.

Project Mongoose showed up in the recent JFK file releases with a passing mention that looks like it may be the umbrella. I have not updated my timeline entry with an official program name for the Cuba seeding, because I don’t have it nailed down yet and I triple-check before I tell you something is true.

More receipts from the modify-the-weather file:

• Chernobyl, 1986. Soviet aircraft seeded the radioactive plume so the fallout would rain out over Belarus before it reached Moscow. Look at the contamination map: the hot zone around the reactor, then a second enormous hot zone in Belarus. Belarus was not warned. Project Cyclone. I watched the HBO miniseries and screamed at my television, because they left the most important part out. They always leave it out.

• Beijing Olympics, 2008. They swore they’d keep the Bird’s Nest dry. There is YouTube footage of soaked spectators under umbrellas.

Which brings me to the line that upsets everybody at the same time: in eighty years, not one cloud seeding project has ever demonstrated scientific efficacy.

That is not me saying weather control isn’t real. You can absolutely attempt to control weather. You will simply never get the result you expected, because weather is chaos theory, not control theory. God built a perfect system. These men can perturb it. They cannot drive it.

The Entire History Of Geoengineering, Compressed

Mount Tambora, 1815. So much sulfur and soot lofted into the stratosphere that 1816 became the Year Without a Summer, about 3°C off global temperature. The higher you inject, the longer the residence time.

Mount Pinatubo, 1991. Brief global cooling. Every climate scientist on Earth takes notes.

Mikhail Budyko proposed his “blanket” of sunlight-blocking chemicals back in the ‘60s. Cesare Marchetti coined the word geoengineering in 1977, and he meant carbon dioxide removal, not sun-blocking. Ken Caldeira has admitted on a podcast that circa 1999 a room of policymakers asked him what to call the thing he was describing, and he said, essentially, geoengineering?

Then 1997 at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory: Edward Teller, Roderick Hyde, and Lowell Wood invent the modern version of stratospheric aerosol injection.

Teller invented the hydrogen bomb. Wood’s nickname is Dr. Evil. I don’t think I need to add much to that.

Paper one is the three of them. Paper two adds Ken Caldeira to model what a geoengineered world would look like. Paper three drops Caldeira and goes back to the original three. In 2006, Nobel laureate Paul Crutzen blesses the concept, and the entire geoengineering industrial-university complex switches on.

Then comes the name-changing, which is my favorite tell in this entire field:

1. Geoengineering

2. Climate engineering (because “geo” means Earth and we’re not engineering the dirt)

3. Climate intervention (the 2016 National Academy of Sciences report, with CIA involvement)

4. Climate restoration (even the geoengineers laughed at this one)

5. Solar geoengineering (Harvard’s program brought the original word back around full circle)

Five names for one object. Go to scholar.google.com, put each term in quotation marks, and you’ll find thousands of papers under each one. When an industry needs five names, it isn’t a branding problem. It’s a hiding problem.

14 Planes, Then 15 Private Jets

In 2012, Bill Gates asked David Keith and Ken Caldeira what it would take and what it would cost.

Keith paired with Aurora Flight Sciences and produced a number: fourteen Boeing 747-400s, with modified engines and modified fuel, because you have to get to roughly 90,000 feet to mimic Tambora and Pinatubo. Almost nothing flies that high. The U-2 and the SR-71 can. Your Southwest flight cannot.

Why go that high? Because the higher you loft it, the longer it stays, and the fewer flights you have to pay for.

Where they want to release is the elegant part, and it’s their plan, not my speculation: release within about 10° north and south of the equator, and the Brewer-Dobson circulation does the distribution for you, carrying the aerosol poleward in both hemispheres. Evenly. Hopefully. Allegedly.

Recently Keith has doubled down and shrunk the entry cost: fifteen private jets. Gulfstreams. Start subscale in 2030, full deployment by 2035.

In an MIT Technology Review article released on February 5, 2024, Keith proposes:

“a country or group of countries could conceivably start a subscale solar geoengineering deployment in as little as five years.”

Using assumptions confirmed with Gulfstream, we estimate that any of its G500/600 aircraft could loft about 10 kilotons of material per year to 15.5 kilometers. If highly mass-efficient CS₂ were used, a fleet of no more than 15 aircraft could carry up 100 kilotons of sulfur a year.

Meanwhile:

• Stardust Solutions, an Israeli-based startup founded with former atomic energy agency leadership, is now a defense contractor developing geoengineering deployment. I’ve written about them on climateviewer.news. Links below.

• Aeolus Labs, a partly defense-funded AI startup, claims it will prevent a Category 5 hurricane from making U.S. landfall within four years. Founders include Mason Lee and Koki Mashita, with Dr. Daniel Rosenfeld — who has been cloud seeding for forty years and who I interviewed in person at the 21st Conference on Planned and Inadvertent Weather Modification in Austin in 2018.

None of this is new, either. DHS ran a hurricane modification workshop in 2008 with the goal of stopping the next Katrina. The room included marine cloud brightening originators John Latham and Stephen Salter, veterans of Project Stormfury, and an MIT proposal to steer hurricanes with carbon black dust — which is William Gray’s 1974 idea with a fresh coat of paint.

NOAA essentially declined. Their own Stormfury people said we tried it, it didn’t work, and the liability is enormous. So DHS turned to NASA and private contractors instead.

Now add AI, and every one of these outfits says we can model it properly this time.

Here Is Where Everyone Is Looking, And Here Is Where It’s Happening

This is the part that will cost me subscribers, and I’m going to say it anyway.

Altitude, from the ground up:

• Ground level: cloud seeding generators, cloud ionizers, lasers, marine cloud brightening. All of it launched from the ground.

• 1,000 to 20,000 ft: cumulus clouds. This is where cloud seeding for rain or for drought operates.

• 30,000 to 45,000 ft: cirrus. ICE clouds. This is commercial flight altitude.

• The tropopause: typically around 39,000 ft, but I’ve seen it as low as 24,000 over San Diego and as high as 65,000 off the Florida Keys. It moves constantly.

• 60,000 to 90,000 ft: where stratospheric aerosol injection wants to be.

Contrails form under the Schmidt-Appleman criterion, worked out during World War II. Roughly -50°C and about 60% relative humidity and you get a trail. Persist or not is a humidity question.

This has been understood and PREDICTABLE since the B-17s. My friend Jeff, a former Navy meteorologist — real guy, been to my house, shook his hand, you can find him in my Telegram — briefed F-14 and F-18 crews on exactly which regions would leave a persistent white arrow pointing back at the carrier. B-17G crews over Germany died because of those lines. That’s why the military has contrail suppression and contrail avoidance systems and uses them daily. When B-2s flew the Iran bunker-buster mission, they were above the altitude where contrails can form.

So here’s the Socratic ladder I need you to walk down with me:

Can you make a cloud where there’s no moisture? No. Is the lower stratosphere moist? No. It’s extremely dry, and it warms with altitude at the inversion. Can stratospheric aerosol injection therefore make a visible trail? No. Did Tambora make clouds? No. Did Pinatubo make clouds? No.

SAI does not make clouds. It was never supposed to. The goal is to WHITEN THE SKY.

The sky is blue because of Rayleigh scattering. Aerosols produce Mie scattering (spelled M-I-E), and Mie scattering whitens. That milky, hazy, gray-white sky behind the cumulus clouds of your childhood? The days with no trails at all and no blue either? That is what geoengineering looks like. Not a line. A tint.

Half the movement is filming the wrong altitude.

“I Didn’t Grow Up With Criss-Crossed Skies.” Correct. Here’s Why.

Seth said it on air and he’s right, and the answer isn’t nozzles. Chart’s on chemtrailfacts.com. It runs 1970 to present.

• 1970: the first civil high-bypass turbofan. The old low-bypass turbojets threw out large chunks of soot. High-bypass engines produce NANOPARTICLES of soot and burn cooler, which means more water and more nuclei at the exact altitude where cirrus forms. About 220 million air passengers that year.

• 1990: 90% of flights are high-bypass. We cross one billion passengers per year.

• 1996: the Air Force publishes Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025. The full document is on weathermodificationhistory.com. That one is real and it is a doozy.

• 1997: Richard Finke posts about chemtrails on Usenet. The original claim was about NATO’s single-fuel concept, JP-8, and ethylene dibromide.

• 1999–2002: William Thomas takes it to Art Bell’s Coast to Coast AM and the whole world starts looking up.

• 2000: 1.7 billion passengers.

• 2003–2007: MySpace, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, iPhone. By 2006 half the planet is carrying a camera.

• 2010: 2.2 billion passengers, and What In The World Are They Spraying? becomes the first blockbuster chemtrail film.

• 2011: worldwide adoption of Reduced Vertical Separation Minimum. Implemented 1988, global by 2011. Aircraft go from 2,000 ft of vertical separation to 1,000 ft. You can now stack twice as many planes into the same slab of sky.

• 2019: 4.4 billion passengers. 42 million flights, up from 24 million in 2004.

• Today: back above 5 billion passengers, 45 million flights, and the industry projects DOUBLE by 2050.

Now let me kill the myth that gets attributed to me constantly: commercial jet fuel has barely changed. JP-8 is military. I am not saying they changed your Delta flight’s fuel in the ‘90s. What changed is the ENGINE type, the ALTITUDE band, the DENSITY of flights, and the sheer NUMBER.

And one more number that should stop you cold: for every ton of jet fuel burned, you produce 1.24 tons of water. You make more water than you burned fuel. Forty-five million flights a year are continuously replenishing humidity at cruise altitude, manufacturing the ice-supersaturated regions that make the next plane’s trail persist.

We are not spraying the sky. We are HUMIDIFYING it, seeding it, and stacking more planes into it every year.

“But It Turns On And Off”

I get this one weekly. Dashed trails. Obvious proof of a valve, right?

Ice-supersaturated regions are not solid slabs. Gravity waves and turbulence move air up and down in a sine wave. Dry stratospheric air descends and cuts the moist pocket off, so you get a gap, then moisture, then a gap. Don’t take my word for it: ask your glider buddies. They hunt these structures for a living. Thermals, lee waves rolling off mountains (named after the lee side, not after me, I’m not that special).

That’s one of roughly seven explanations for on/off trails.

And sometimes the exhaust isn’t making the trail at all. When you see a plane with a rainbow sheet running wingtip to wingtip, that’s an aerodynamic contrail — over-wing pressure drop condensing moisture directly. That one actually IS homogeneous nucleation. It’s the same physics as the vapor you see coming off a fighter jet banking hard.

Which brings us to the question nobody asks the debunkers. They love to say “it’s just water vapor.”

Condensing on WHAT?

There are only two kinds of nucleation. Homogeneous is water sticking to itself. That is not what’s happening up there. It’s heterogeneous — water condensing onto particles. Sulfur, soot, and metals.

So it’s not “just water vapor.” It’s water wrapped around your engine’s exhaust chemistry. Both sides of this argument have been wrong for twenty-five years, in opposite directions.

My Chemtrail Challenge

I believed all of it in 2010. All of it. I fought my way out of it kicking and screaming, and I have been publicly wrong more times than I can count. I told people for three years that Stadis 450 was a barium salt in jet fuel. It isn’t. I was wrong, I said so on YouTube in front of everybody, and there are still people quoting my mistake back to me.

So here’s the challenge, and it’s the same one I put in my last video:

1. Check today’s atmospheric conditions. University of Wyoming, UCAR, or College of DuPage soundings. If you’ll trust College of DuPage for your NEXRAD videos, you’ll trust it for a radiosonde.

2. Run the contrail finder plugin on windy.com.

3. Get your flight tracker up. Get a telescope or a superzoom if you need it — plane spotters get close enough to see the pilot.

4. Find me ONE aircraft making a persistent trail when the temperature, RHw, and RHi say it cannot happen.

If the numbers do not fit, you must acquit.

Seven years. Nikon P900, 85x optical zoom, flight tracker in one hand, soundings in the other, watching like a hawk to prove MYSELF wrong, because catching Bigfoot was the video I actually wanted to make.

I have never caught it. Every pump-and-pipe photo I ever chased turned out to be a ballast tank or Youngstown Air Reserve Base Aerial Spraying Unit. Every single time.

“My flights don’t show up on radar” is not an acceptable answer anymore. In seven years of daily observation I found TWO. If 97% of what you’re filming is Delta and Southwest making clouds exactly the way physics predicts, then congratulations: you have a pollution problem, and pollution problems have regulators, dockets, and lawyers.

What We’re Actually Demanding From The EPA

I’m part of a coalition. The petition for rulemaking is public, it has 170 references, and it’s at AmericanCleanAirCoalition.org. Not my website. Go read it and check my math.

We are NOT advocating fewer flights, biofuels, or any UN framework agenda. We are asking the EPA for an endangerment finding under the Clean Air Act covering aviation-induced cloudiness, sulfur oxides, and metals — which forces them to write regulations.

The receipts inside it:

• 2.85 billion barrels of jet fuel burned annually, at 400 to 800 parts per billion fuel sulfur content, with roughly 80% of flights operating in the upper troposphere and lower stratosphere.

• 747 million pounds of sulfur dioxide reaching the UTLS every year. EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin got publicly angry about Make Sunsets releasing 220 pounds. Make it make sense.

• 21.4 gigagrams — 47 million pounds of metals and soot per year: aluminum, barium, molybdenum, vanadium, copper, nickel, lead, manganese. From the fuel, the engine oil, and engine erosion itself.

• 280 septillion nanoparticles a year. Ten quadrillion per second. Those numbers do not pause on a clear day.

• The Indian Space Research Organization measured 10,000 black carbon particles per cubic centimeter at 60,000 feet, coated in sulfuric acid. Nothing flies at 60,000 feet. So how did it get there? David Keith published the mechanism in 2010: Photophoretic levitation of engineered aerosols for geoengineering, describing black particles that heat, convect, and loft themselves.

• A bifurcated stratosphere: the northern hemisphere is now chemically distinct from a comparatively pristine southern hemisphere.

• Geoengineering bans proposed in 38 states — and in the states that passed them, the trails did not go away. Because they were never the mechanism.

And two quotes that should have ended this debate decades ago:

“It appears likely that inadvertent cloud seeding by jet aircraft may be the same order of magnitude as that attained in commercial cloud seeding operations.”

Murcray, W. B. “On the Possibility of Weather Modification by Aircraft Contrails.” Monthly Weather Review 98 (1970).

Fifty-six years ago.

“I’m talking about a sub-visual contrail generated haze of ice, which we do not classify as a cloud, but gives the blue sky a more whitish tint. We might already be conducting some unintentional geoengineering here.”

Dr. Charles Long, NOAA.

A NOAA scientist said we might already be geoengineering, and the loudest voices in this movement are still filming the wrong altitude.

And when David Keith was asked about regulating stratospheric sulfur, the geoengineer’s own objection was this:

Mexico has not set a date for implementing its (geoengineering) ban, a spokeswoman for the environmental ministry said.

And it’s unclear what effect a ban might have. Dr. David Keith argues a ban is unenforceable. “You can’t write legislation that says you can’t put sulfur in the stratosphere since every commercial flight does that,” he told Reuters.

He’s telling you the loophole. He’s telling you it’s already legal. Listen to him.

Contrail Avoidance Is Not A Fix. It’s Phase One.

Everybody knows about solar radiation management. Almost nobody reads the second half of the sentence: earth radiation management, which includes cirrus cloud thinning.

That Biden-era report people hold up? The first paragraph asks for research into SAI, marine cloud brightening, AND cirrus cloud thinning. First paragraph.

In 2017 it took me three phone calls to get an interview with Dr. Rangasayi Halthore of the FAA’s Aviation Climate Change Research Initiative. I asked him what Ulrich Schumann meant when he told ICAO in 2010 that they wanted less warming and more cooling contrails, predictable for operational planning. I already knew. I wanted it from the horse’s mouth.

His answer:

“We would like to have more contrail-induced cirrus clouds by day and none during the night.”

There’s that word again: MORE.

Why? Because thin cirrus at night traps outgoing longwave radiation. Incoming shortwave can be reflected, but the longwave heading back out gets caught and bounced. Every camper on Earth knows this in their bones: clear night, crispy bones. Cloudy night, thick warm air.

Clouds by day, none by night. That is a dial. A dial someone is asking to hold.

If man-made warming is happening at all, it is being made by CLOUDS, not CO2. Henrik Svensmark has been right about cosmic ray nucleation for years, and Jasper Kirkby at CERN validated a great deal of it. Cloud-aerosol interaction remains the single largest acknowledged unknown in climate science, and they admit it freely in the journals while telling you the science is settled in the press release.

My 2030 Prediction, And The Chart AI Got Wrong

First, a correction, because I said I’d make it: the solar cycle graphic I brought on the show has the curve misaligned. The 2024–2025 label is where the solar minimum actually sits. I spent four hours trying to beat ChatGPT into producing a correct version and I found its weakness instead. It hallucinated, it made up citations, and it couldn’t render a chart it had the data for. I’m rebuilding that graphic properly with SILSO sunspot data for my solar cycle video. If you saw the bad version, this is me telling you it was bad.

Now the argument.

Alexander Chizhevsky documented what he called mass excitability: solar maxima track with revolution and war, solar minima with mass passivity and a public that will put up with nearly anything. The last minimum was COVID. Nobody lifted a finger.

Here’s the alignment that keeps me up:

• The Climate Clock runs out July 2029. There’s one in the UK, one the last Pope put up. They’re telling you the deadline.

• Agenda 2030.

• David Keith: subscale start 2030, full deployment 2035.

• Stardust Solutions: field experiments now, deployment on the same timeline.

• The next solar minimum, and the next presidential election, landing in the same window.

During a solar minimum you get a weakened ionosphere, more galactic cosmic ray penetration, more ionization, more cloud nucleation, more cloud cover, more rainfall, and historically more seismic and volcanic activity. The planet cools somewhat on its own.

My prediction: they geoengineer into a solar minimum and claim the credit. “We saved you from global warming.” You can’t keep a warming narrative running while the thermometer disagrees, but you CAN deploy right before a natural cooling and take the win. That’s not a mechanism problem. That’s a timing decision, and the timing is published.

And here is the scenario I want you to read for yourself instead of taking mine: Seth Baum’s 2013 double catastrophe paper. The world agrees to geoengineer. Then something breaks — war, collapse, whatever — and injection stops. Termination shock slams the climate back. Start geoengineering and you cannot stop; it’s heroin with a global dose.

Now run the other version: we’re mid-deployment, committed to reducing incoming sunlight, and a volcano goes off during a grand solar minimum. Year without a summer. Rainfall patterns shift worldwide. Famine.

If you want a depopulation scenario, you do not need a secret spray program. You need a peer-reviewed paper, a funding line, and fifteen Gulfstreams. It’s already written down.

The Butterfly, The Steel Basketball, And Why Meso-Scale Matters

People assume you need godlike power to move weather at continental scale. You don’t, and understanding why is the difference between paranoia and strategy.

The sun delivers about 1,400 watts per square meter. Nothing humans have built comes remotely close. Not HAARP. Every laser on the planet fired at once doesn’t close the gap.

But consider a stream. Put a steel basketball in it. The water diverts around it. You have not overpowered the river. You have redirected it, and it keeps flowing.

The sky is a river, always in motion. Every technology in this article modifies it. If the Earth is already swinging into a change and you give it a NUDGE at the right moment, that’s the butterfly effect. That’s chaos theory doing the heavy lifting for you.

There is no climate control. There is climate CHAOS, and a nefarious actor with a nudge and good timing can make a bad situation considerably worse.

What We Know, And What We Don’t

What we know, with receipts:

1. Cloud seeding was invented in 1946 and was deployed as a weapon of war within twenty-one years, by our own government, for five years, over three countries.

2. ENMOD banned weather warfare in 1976 and built ZERO verification. That gap has never been closed.

3. The CIA used seeding to manufacture drought against Cuba. The Soviets used it to dump fallout on Belarus.

4. Modern stratospheric aerosol injection was invented at Lawrence Livermore in 1997 and has been renamed five times since.

5. Named people with funding and start dates intend to deploy beginning circa 2030.

6. Commercial aviation is already injecting 747 million pounds of sulfur dioxide and 47 million pounds of metals and soot into the UTLS every year, and NOAA scientists have called that unintentional geoengineering in print.

7. The FAA-adjacent research world is on record wanting MORE contrail cirrus by day and none at night.

What we do NOT know, honestly:

• The official program name for the Cuba operations.

• Exactly what the military is flying, since much of it never appears on ADS-B.

• What’s actually in your rainfall this week, because nobody is systematically sampling it.

• Whether any current operation exceeds ENMOD, because there is no monitoring system to tell us.

Notice that every single unknown on that list is an unknown BY DESIGN. That’s not a mystery. That’s a policy choice, and policy choices can be reversed.

What Are We Going To Do About What We Know

There is no such thing as a no-spray day. The 280 septillion nanoparticles a year do not take Sundays off. They fall on you whether you see a line or not. Giving yourself permission to go outside because the sky looks clean is the single most effective way this problem stays invisible.

Every day is a spray day. So act like it.

1. Read the petition. AmericanCleanAirCoalition.org. 170 references. Check my work and tell me where I’m wrong: jim@climateviewer.com.

2. Take the challenge. Soundings, flight tracker, windy.com contrail finder. Learn to predict a trail day before it happens. Once you can predict it, you can prove it, and once you can prove it you can testify about it.

3. Follow the local money. Cloud seeding contracts are public. If you live in Sacramento and pay a water bill, SMUD is spending roughly $900,000 to $2 million a year on cloud seeding. Names, addresses, and line items exist in your state. Your tax dollars are buying it.

4. Go federal on geoengineering. State bans don’t touch the stratosphere. Thirty-eight states have tried; the sky didn’t change. The only thing that stops geoengineering is the threat of force, and the only body that can credibly make that threat is the U.S. Congress enforcing what ENMOD said in 1976: releasing chemicals into the stratosphere is a direct national security threat, met with force, not a strongly worded sanction.

5. Get an endangerment finding. That’s the lever that already exists in the Clean Air Act. Use the tool that’s on the wall.

We have until the next presidential election to make our representatives understand that this is a NATIONAL SECURITY issue, not a conspiracy theory. The conspiracy framing is exactly what has neutered us for twenty-five years. One step forward, three steps back, every time somebody walks into a legislator’s office with the wrong argument. You don’t get a second chance at a first impression.

A Call For Unity: No Gatekeeping

I get called a gatekeeper constantly, so let me be extremely clear.

Go to Dane Wigington’s geoengineeringwatch.org. Watch The Dimming. Buy Peter Kirby’s book. Read J. Marvin Herndon’s papers. Listen to ALL of us, weigh us against each other, and use the discernment God gave you.

What I want more than anything is for Dane and Peter and Marvin and me and everyone else in this fight to sit down and produce three lists:

1. here’s what we believe

2. here’s what we can prove

3. and here’s what we’re going to do about what we can prove today.

Human nature says it probably won’t happen. I pray about it anyway.

The tribalism — these are shills, those are agents, only listen to us — divides us at exactly the moment the other side is consolidating. It is the cheapest win They™ have ever been handed, and we hand it over for free.

I don’t come from fear and I won’t sell you fear. Fear is the thing the Bible tells you to put down, over and over: fear not. I promised God I’d give you every receipt that led me to my conclusions so you could judge for yourself and be LESS afraid, not more. I’ve been wrong publicly and repeatedly and I’ll be wrong again. I’m batting high, not perfect, and I’m open to the possibility that I’m wrong about all of it.

But I was a chemtrail believer too, until I proved to myself beyond a shadow of a doubt that every pump and pipe I ever chased was misattributed. It is very hard to stop believing something you’ve believed for a long time. I know. I’ve been there. That’s why I’m not mad at you.

As Margaret Mead put it, never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has. I’m looking for the 10% of you who read this and decide to go check for yourselves.

Education plus action equals activism. Everything else is just watching the sky.

The British government and Google are about to spend £5 million over thirty months making sure the correct clouds stay in your sky.

They announced it on August 18th, 2026. It hit my inbox at five in the morning and I read it twice before I got out of bed, because the name on it is Operation Blue Skies.

That is not a program to give you blue skies. I want to be very clear about this before we go one paragraph further. That is a program to sort man-made clouds into two bins — the ones that warm and the ones that cool — throw out the warming ones, and keep the rest.

They named a cloud-retention program after the absence of clouds.

Well there you go.

The Document

The announcement went up on the Contrails.org Notebook, written by Puja Hazlehurst and Eóghain Mitchison, and simultaneously on Google’s blog under Paul Hodgson and Chaim Langermann.

Here is how Contrails.org describes what they’ve built:

“the world’s first oceanic airspace-scale contrail avoidance trial”

And here is Google, saying the quiet part with a hyphen in it:

“the world’s first state-backed trial to avoid contrails”

State-backed. Remember that phrase the next time somebody tells you governments aren’t involved in modifying the atmosphere with commercial aircraft.

The specifics, from the primary sources:

• Where: Shanwick Oceanic airspace, the eastern half of the North Atlantic corridor, northwest of Ireland. Over 1,000 flights a day.

• How much warming lives there: roughly 5% of global contrail warming, in that one box.

• When: two four-month trial windows, winters of 2026–2027 and 2027–2028. That’s this winter. Not a proposal. Not a white paper. This winter.

• How many flights: around 10,000 will pass through during trial hours each year. A small percentage get moved.

• The intervention: altitude adjustments within normal flight operations, requested through standard air traffic control channels. The Ethicalist reports the nudges are up to 600 metres — about 2,000 feet — using the same procedures controllers already use for turbulence.

• The money: £5 million total, with £2.65 million from the UK Department for Transport through the ATI Programme, per the University of Cambridge. Google UK is in for £1.4 million in-kind, pro bono.

Air traffic controllers will be trained. Pilots will be given instructions. Satellites will verify the result. Two universities will write the papers.

This is not a conspiracy theory. This is a press release.

There Was That Word Again: MORE

If you read Geoengineering with Contrails back in February 2024 like I told you to, you already know this part.

In 2010, DLR’s Ulrich Schumann — the man who built the Contrail Cirrus Prediction tool that this entire industry still runs on — laid out the objective as less soot, less warming, and more cooling contrails.

I could not get that phrase out of my head. So in 2017 I called the Federal Aviation Administration. Three phone calls to Dr. Rangasayi Halthore, then head of the FAA’s Aviation Climate Change Research Initiative, before he agreed to a written interview. I asked him plainly what Schumann meant.

His answer:

“We would like to have more CIC’s during day and none during night.”

More Contrail-Induced Cirrus clouds during the day. None at night.

MORE.

Not fewer. Not zero. A ratio. A dial. A preferred cloud schedule for the planet, stated in writing by the FAA’s own climate research lead, nine years ago, to a sheriff’s deputy from South Carolina who wouldn’t stop calling.

Now look at Operation Blue Skies and tell me what you see.

Clouds By Day, None By Night

Here is the ladder. Walk it with me.

What makes a contrail warm the planet? It traps outgoing longwave radiation — Earth’s own heat — on its way to space.

What makes a contrail cool the planet? It reflects incoming sunlight back to space before that sunlight reaches the ground.

When does a contrail only trap heat and never reflect anything? At night. No sun, no reflection, all blanket.

So which contrails are the “warming” ones? Overwhelmingly, the night ones.

And where does that matter most? The North Atlantic. A 2007 study in Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics found that over parts of the North Atlantic flight corridor, 75% of air traffic and 84% of the contrail forcing occurs during local night. Nicola Stuber’s team at Reading found much the same in Nature in 2006 — evening and overnight flights, about a quarter of traffic, driving 60 to 80 percent of contrail warming.

So what does a program that eliminates warming contrails over the North Atlantic in winter actually eliminate?

Night contrails.

And what does it leave completely untouched?

Your daytime sky.

Contrails.org’s own post says trial maneuvers happen during “periods of lower air traffic.” The Ethicalist puts it less delicately and says the rerouting happens in the evening and at night, when the warming effect is greatest. Either way, the physics only points one direction.

Read Halthore’s sentence one more time. More during day and none during night.

Then read the trial design.

That is not me connecting dots. That is the same sentence, printed twice, nine years apart, once by a regulator in an email to me and once by a consortium in a press release to the world.

Who Is Behind This

Names, addresses, funders. Because They™ has a board of directors.

• Google UK — the AI models that predict and avoid warming contrails, plus the satellite verification.

• NATS — the UK’s air navigation service provider. Controller training, airspace operations, safety assessment. The actual hands on the actual radios.

• Contrails.org — forecast assessment, trial parameters, data analysis. Contrails.org is part of Breakthrough Energy. Breakthrough Energy is Bill Gates. Its founding chief scientist was Ken Caldeira, formerly of Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, one of the most published solar geoengineering researchers alive. Ken will tell you he helped set it up and isn’t running it now. Fine. Once a geoengineer touches the thing and Gates funds the thing, I’m going to keep mentioning it.

• UK Met Office — building a national contrail forecast capability. Note the word capability. That does not get dismantled when the trial ends.

• Imperial College London & University of Cambridge — independent verification and the published papers afterward.

• UK Department for Transport, via the Aerospace Technology Institute, the Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade, and Innovate UK.

Cambridge’s Professor Steven Barrett, on the record:

“Contrail avoidance could drastically reduce the global climate impact of aviation”

Imperial’s contribution builds on their own 2020 work showing that adjusting fewer than 2% of flights could cut contrail-related warming by 59%.

I want to be fair here, because being fair is the only reason anyone should trust a word I write: this consortium is not hiding. They published the map, the airspace, the funding split, the partner list, and the dates. Compared to the “subscale” cowboys launching balloons without telling anybody, that is real transparency and they deserve credit for it.

My objection is not that they’re sneaking. My objection is what they’re building.

They Cannot See What You Can See

This is the part nobody wants to talk about, and it’s in our EPA petition with 170 citations behind it.

The entire verification scheme runs on satellites. Google tracks and confirms impact with machine learning on satellite imagery. That’s the proof that the maneuver worked.

Except the satellites are half blind.

MIT engineers compared geostationary satellite imagery against low-Earth-orbit imagery of the same sky and found the geostationary birds — the ones this industry depends on — miss roughly 80% of the contrails that LEO satellites pick up. The ones they miss are the smaller, thinner, younger ones. The ones that just came out of an engine.

Our petition puts the number on current satellite-based ice-supersaturated-region prediction at a 50 to 80% error rate against in-situ measurement, which makes voluntary avoidance without onboard sensing operationally unreliable.

Translation for humans: you are standing in your driveway with your phone out, counting nine trails overhead, and their model can account for two of them.

So when the papers come out in 2029 declaring Operation Blue Skies a success, ask the only question that matters: compared to what baseline, measured with what instrument?

Put humidity sensors on the planes and I will take the numbers seriously. Until then it’s a model grading its own homework with a camera that can’t see.

What This Proves, and What It Does Not

Let’s separate these carefully, because this is where everybody else in this movement falls down a hole.

What is now established, on the record:

1. Aircraft make clouds, those clouds change Earth’s radiation balance, and this is not in dispute by anyone anywhere. Google’s own post puts warming contrails at roughly one third of aviation’s total climate impact.

2. Contrail formation is a controllable variable. Google and American Airlines proved it — 54% reduction across 70 flights in 2023, then AI forecasts built straight into American’s flight planning software across 2,400 transatlantic flights.

3. A national government is now funding the deliberate management of that variable across an entire oceanic airspace, with air traffic control issuing the instructions.

4. The stated objective is not fewer clouds. The stated objective is a better mix of clouds — warming ones out, cooling ones in.

5. Sorting the planet’s cloud cover by radiative effect, at airspace scale, with state funding, is climate engineering. There is no other honest word for it. Call it mitigation if it helps you sleep. The mechanism is identical.

What this does NOT prove, and I will not let you pretend otherwise:

• It does not prove anybody is spraying anything out of a secret tank. There is no secret tank. There has never been a secret tank. The soot and sulfur come out of the engine as designed, at the sulfur levels the EPA legally permits.

• It does not prove a depopulation agenda. Stop it.

• It does not quantify how much heat contrail cirrus actually traps. Nobody has. Not a PhD, not an AI, not me. Anyone who gives you a confident number is selling something.

And here is my open question, flagged as a question: if the avoidance maneuver at these latitudes and in these winter months is sometimes upward, and the tropopause over the North Atlantic in winter sits lower than most people assume — what exactly is a jet depositing when it climbs out of the troposphere to dodge a cloud? Sulfur into the stratosphere is the textbook definition of stratospheric aerosol injection. I don’t know how often Blue Skies will climb versus descend. Neither do you. Somebody in that consortium does, and they should publish it.

The Bottom Line

• Operation Blue Skies is real, funded, state-backed, and starts this winter over the North Atlantic.

• Its purpose is to remove warming contrails while preserving cooling ones. Warming contrails are mostly night contrails. Cooling contrails are day contrails. Your daytime sky is not on the agenda.

• The FAA’s own climate research lead told me the goal in 2017: more clouds by day, none by night. Blue Skies is that sentence with a budget.

• Global air traffic keeps climbing, and contrail cirrus radiative forcing has been projected to potentially triple by 2050. Optimizing the mix does nothing about the total. More flights means more clouds. Sorted clouds, but more of them.

• The verification instrument cannot see most of what it’s verifying.

What You Do About It

This is why we filed. On May 4th, 2026, the American Clean Air Coalition submitted a Petition for Rulemaking to the EPA under Section 231 of the Clean Air Act. Lead petitioner Reinette Senum, myself as co-lead, alongside Michael Hogan of Missouri Clean Skies, Leslie Manookian of Health Freedom Defense Fund, Leah Wilson and Valerie Ferrell of Stand for Health Freedom, and Sayer Ji of Global Wellness Forum.

170 citations. Two years of work. Written so that lawmakers and scientists cannot wave it off, which is exactly why it’s a dry read. Read it anyway.

We ask for three things:

1. Cut jet fuel sulfur to 15 parts per million — the identical standard the EPA already enforces on the diesel in your truck. Current jet fuel is allowed up to 200 times more. We desulfurized diesel. We desulfurized gasoline. Then we looked up at a hundred thousand flights a day and decided that one didn’t count.

2. Mandatory contrail avoidance — binding, with onboard humidity sensing, for all persistent contrails. Not just the ones an industry model labels “warming.” The Clean Air Act has no exemption for pollution somebody claims is beneficial.

3. Limits on operational practices that intentionally promote contrail formation for atmospheric or radiative effect. That is the anti-geoengineering clause, and Operation Blue Skies is precisely why it’s in there.

The petition was received by the EPA on May 11th, 2026. As of this writing they still have not assigned it a docket number. That is the entire fight right now — not winning the argument, just getting the door opened.

This week, do these three things:

1. Go to americancleanaircoalition.org and sign the Citizen Petition demanding the EPA docket our Petition for Rulemaking and open it for public comment. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

2. Read the petition and the slide deck. Cite them. Do not cite me.

3. Send this article to one person who thinks this is about spray tanks, and one person who thinks it’s about nothing at all. Both of them are wrong in the same direction, and both of them are why this has gone unregulated for thirty years.

They want Operation Blue Skies. Fine. Then give us actual blue skies. Avoid every persistent contrail, not just the ones that inconvenience the climate models. Short trails that dissipate in ninety seconds, we can live with. A fire-breathing metal tube boiling its way across the sky and leaving a cloud that spreads for three hundred miles and shades my county until sunset — no.

Until then, Operation Blue Freaking Skies is a name, not a promise.

Let me start with the part nobody expects me to say.

In October 2025, a startup called Stardust Solutions closed a $60 million venture round led by Lowercarbon Capital. The company was founded in 2023 by Israeli physicists — one of them a former deputy chief scientist at the Israeli Atomic Energy Commission. It’s incorporated in Delaware. It has a proprietary reflective particle it refuses to fully disclose, and it’s seeking patents on it. It has been testing dispersal hardware outdoors since 2024. And it announced plans to begin releasing particles from a modified aircraft in outdoor trials starting in 2026, at an altitude of roughly 18 kilometers.

Eighteen kilometers is 59,000 feet.

That is not a conspiracy theory. That is a press release. Meanwhile, Make Sunsets is still launching sulfur dioxide balloons and selling “cooling credits” for the privilege. Overall funding for solar radiation management research roughly tripled in 2025. The Simons Foundation put up $50 million. This is happening in the open, with named people, dated filings, and a business model.

So here’s my problem, and I want you to sit with it for a second.

For thirty years, we have been trained to point our cameras at airliners cruising at 35,000 feet. And in that same window, an actual, funded, private stratospheric aerosol injection program got built at 59,000 feet — and almost nobody in the movement can name the CEO.

I’ve spent fifteen years on this. I want to show you how to tell the difference. Not because I need you to agree with me. Because I need you looking at the right part of the sky.

Who’s paying me

Let’s get this out of the way, because it’s the first comment every time.

I’m a sheriff’s deputy in Sumter, South Carolina. I work forty hours a week and build this website at night, badly, one page at a time. The only people paying me are the meager donations I receive and the generous paying subscribers of this Substack and my Patreon. If somebody were paying me, my other four websites would be finished and I certainly wouldn’t be working 40 hours a week.

More to the point: I used to believe every bit of it. I was scared to go outside. I looked up and saw an attack. What changed my mind wasn’t a scientist telling me to trust the science — I don’t trust the science, and after the last five years I don’t think anybody should hand institutions that kind of blank check. What changed my mind was learning to check the sky myself and discovering the answer was always sitting there in public data, free, twice a day, for anybody willing to look.

And here’s the part that should matter to you more than my biography: I am about to hand you the tools to prove me wrong.

That’s not a rhetorical flourish. A shill tells you to trust him. I’m telling you the opposite. Everything below is a falsifiable claim with a free, public instrument attached to it. If I’m lying, these tools will catch me, and they’ll catch me in front of everyone. I’m publishing the method and the way to break it. Ask yourself when the people selling you fear last did that.

The sky answers two questions, not one

Here’s the thing that took me an embarrassingly long time to understand, and I think it’s the source of ninety percent of the confusion.

Two planes can be in what looks like the same sky, and one leaves a stub that vanishes in three seconds while the other lays down a white ribbon that spreads until it covers the whole horizon. That looks impossible. It looks like proof. If it’s the same sky and the same jet fuel, how can they behave differently?

They can’t — because it isn’t the same sky. Altitude is a different world every few thousand feet, and the atmosphere is answering two separate questions about every aircraft.

Question one: does a trail form at all?

This is the Schmidt–Appleman Criterion, worked out in the 1940s and 50s, long before anybody had a motive to lie to you about it. Jet exhaust is hot and wet. As it mixes with cold ambient air, the mixture traces a line on a temperature-humidity graph. If that mixing line touches water saturation before it cools to ambient, droplets condense and instantly freeze. You get a contrail. If it never touches saturation, you get nothing. No trail. Not because the plane isn’t “spraying” — because the physics of mixing didn’t close.

Question two: does it stick around?

This one is separate, and it’s the one people miss. A contrail can form and then evaporate in seconds, because ice sublimates in air that’s undersaturated with respect to ice. But there are patches of the upper troposphere called Ice Supersaturated Regions — ISSRs — where relative humidity with respect to ice exceeds 100%. In those patches, the ice crystals in the contrail don’t just survive. They grow, feeding on ambient vapor, spreading, sinking, and turning into cirrus.

That’s contrail cirrus. Aviation-induced cloudiness. That’s your “chemtrail.” It is a real, physical, sky-covering phenomenon and I am not telling you it isn’t there. I’m telling you what it’s made of, and I’m about to show you how to predict it before it happens.

Two questions, four outcomes:

• SAC fails → no trail

• SAC passes, no ISSR → short trail, disappears

• SAC passes, weak ISSR → long trail, lingers, eventually fades

• SAC passes, strong ISSR → persistent contrail spreading into cirrus

That’s it. That’s the whole thing.

The instrument panel

Now the part where you stop taking my word for it.

1. Find your target. Flightradar24 or ADS-B Exchange. Click any aircraft overhead. Read the altitude. In the video I tracked the same plane on both sites and got 24,225 and 24,300 feet — two independent sources, same aircraft, within a hundred feet. That’s your cross-check that the data isn’t fabricated.

2. Ask what the air is doing up there. Install the Contrail Finder plugin on Windy. Click anywhere on Earth and it gives you a column: every thousand feet of cruise altitude, with the temperature, the relative humidity, and a verdict — no contrails, minimal, short contrails possible, long, possibly persistent.

Layer high clouds and barometric pressure underneath it and click along the edges of existing cirrus. Watch the verdict change as you cross the boundary. That’s the ISSR edge, and it’s visible from space.

3. Go to the raw measurement. This is where it stops being a forecast model and starts being a physical object.

Twice a day, at 00Z and 12Z, weather services worldwide release radiosondes — weather balloons carrying instruments that measure temperature, humidity and pressure on the way up. Right now, as you read this, hundreds of them are in the air. You can watch them on SondeHub, including the chase cars driving out to recover the ones that land in a field.

I’m going to say that again, because it matters more than anything else on this page: there is no model here. A physical instrument on a physical balloon measured the actual air over your actual head this morning, and the numbers are free.

Read them at College of DuPage, the University of Wyoming sounding archive, or UCAR. You’ll get a Skew-T plot: red line is temperature, blue line is dewpoint. Where the lines squeeze together, the air is nearly saturated — cloud-making air. Where they splay far apart, it’s bone dry, and nothing you release into it will hang around.

The line that actually matters

Now here’s where this stops being about airplanes and becomes about the thing I actually care about.

Scroll down the DuPage numeric output to the row marked TRP. That’s the tropopause — the ceiling of the weather-making layer, the boundary where the troposphere ends and the stratosphere begins.

For the Ontario sounding behind my infographic, the tropopause sat at 12,583 meters. That’s 41,283 feet. UCAR put it at 11,942 meters — 39,180 feet — a couple hours off and a slightly different algorithm. Elsewhere in the same session I pulled 13,293 meters: 43,600 feet. Over the deep tropics it can push past 55,000.

It moves. It moves by latitude, by season, by day. And you can look up where it is right now, for free, over your own house.

Why does that matter? Because every serious proposal for stratospheric aerosol injection depends on getting particles above that line. That’s the entire point of the word “stratospheric.” Below the tropopause, the air convects and it rains — anything you put there washes out in days to weeks. Above it, the air is stably stratified and effectively dry, and particles can persist for a year or two and get carried around the globe. That’s the difference between a stunt and a climate intervention. It’s exactly why Stardust is talking about 18 kilometers and not 11.

An airliner at 35,000 feet, in the troposphere, on a scheduled route, is in the wrong layer to do the thing people accuse it of doing.

And I’ll give you the strongest counterargument to my own point, because I’d rather you hear it from me: at high latitudes in winter, the tropopause can drop to 28,000 or 30,000 feet, which means airliners on polar routes genuinely do fly in the lower stratosphere sometimes. That’s true. I’m not going to pretend it isn’t. But material released just above a collapsed polar tropopause doesn’t get the residence time or the global spread you’d get from tropical injection at 20 kilometers — it descends back into the troposphere and rains out. The physics of where still rules out the accusation, even when the altitude occasionally lines up.

That’s what an honest argument looks like. I’ll take the hit on the edge case rather than have you find it later and conclude I was hiding it.

The Contrail Challenge

So here’s my offer, and I mean it completely.

If chemtrails are real, this is the easiest proof in the history of the movement. You don’t need a whistleblower. You don’t need a leaked document. You need a phone and about four minutes.

Film all three of these in one unbroken take:

1. The sky. Point the camera at the aircraft laying down the trail.

2. The tracker. Cut to Flightradar24 or ADS-B Exchange showing that aircraft’s altitude.

3. The atmosphere. Cut to the Contrail Finder for your location — or better, the radiosonde sounding — showing that at that altitude, the Schmidt–Appleman Criterion is not met and there is no ice supersaturation.

One cut. No edits between. Timestamps visible.

If you can do that, you haven’t just won an argument. You have a persistent, spreading trail existing in air that physically cannot sustain it. That’s an anomaly no atmospheric scientist on Earth can explain, and it would be the single most important piece of evidence anyone has produced in thirty years. You’d have found Bigfoot on video.

Send it to me. jim@climateviewer.com. I will publish it. I will put it at the top of the page. I have said this publicly for years and I’m saying it again in writing: if the conditions do not fit, you must not acquit.

Nobody has done it yet. Not once. But the burden of proof belongs to the person making the extraordinary claim, and I’ve just handed you the lab equipment.

Run it the other way too, though — because that’s the honest version of the test. Check it on a day the sky is clear and everyone’s calling it a “no spray day.” Then check it again on a day the whole horizon goes white and everybody’s screaming that they’re spraying us like bugs. I’ve done this for fifteen years. The forecast knew. Every single time. The trails follow the humidity, not the headlines.

What we lost while we were arguing

Thirty-seven states have now introduced legislation to ban geoengineering. Tennessee got there first in 2024, Florida followed in 2025, Louisiana after that. Montana and Texas passed versions with carve-outs for cloud seeding.

I want to be careful here, because this cuts both ways and I’m not going to pretend otherwise. Some of those laws were written by people who believe airliners are poisoning them. Some were written broadly enough to catch legitimate research. But some of them are the only real check that exists on private companies with nine figures of venture money and a stated plan to put particles in the stratosphere without asking anybody. I’d rather have a messy law than none.

What I won’t accept is spending another decade pointed at the wrong altitude.

Because here is what the fear economy actually costs. Every hour spent filming a Boeing at 35,000 feet is an hour not spent on a company that raised $60 million to release undisclosed particles at 59,000 feet, that won’t publish its formulation, that is patenting the sky, and that told the press it would start trials this year. Most people in this movement can’t name David Keith or Ken Caldeira. They can name six podcasters.

That’s not an accident. Fear is a business model, and the people running it have never once handed you a tool that could prove them wrong. Notice that. Notice who gives you tests and who gives you dread.

I’m a Christian, and I take fear not seriously — not as a platitude, but as a discipline. Fear makes you a worse observer, a worse citizen, and an easier mark. I know, because I was one.

So go check my work. Install the plugin. Pull the sounding. Find the tropopause over your own house tonight. Try to catch me lying — I’d genuinely rather you tried and failed than took my word for it, because a person who verified something owns it in a way a person who was told something never will.

And when you’re done, come help me fight the real one. It’s at 59,000 feet, it has a Delaware incorporation and a term sheet, and it isn’t waiting for us to finish arguing.

I’ve spent two decades archiving this subject — 850+ newspaper articles from the 1800s to present, 180 timeline entries, and a searchable database of weather modification and climate engineering patents at WeatherModificationHistory.com, plus ClimateViewer 3D and the new ChemtrailFacts.com. I don’t ask anyone to take my word for anything. The receipts are all there. But because this topic is drowning in a mix of 70% science and 30% BS — what I call “sci-fi slavery” — let me lay out what we discussed, fact versus fiction.

FACT: Weather warfare is real, documented, and banned — with no way to enforce the ban

From 1967 to 1972, the CIA, US Air Force, and US Navy (out of China Lake, California) ran Operation Popeye — five years of clandestine cloud seeding over Vietnam and Laos using silver iodide and lead iodide to flood the Ho Chi Minh Trail. The slogan: “Make mud, not war.” Not even the Secretary of Defense knew — he testified to Congress that he had no knowledge of the program. Columnist Jack Anderson exposed it, and once it hit the New York Times in 1972, the fallout led to the UN’s Environmental Modification Convention (ENMOD) in 1976 — an international ban on hostile weather modification.

Here’s the problem I hammered on the show: when the world banned atmospheric nuclear tests, it built a verification regime — the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty Organization’s international monitoring system of seismographs and infrasound stations that can hear a nuke go off anywhere on Earth. ENMOD has no such thing, so I proposed one! A ban on weather warfare with no way to catch a violator is a murder statute with no detectives. That single omission — no verification regime — is the number one issue in this entire field, and it was intentional.

The history doesn’t stop there. During Project Stormfury (the NOAA hurricane modification program of the 1960s–70s), the US explored steering hurricanes toward Cuba to destroy Castro’s sugar crops, and the CIA ran a “rain embargo” against Cuba — deliberately overseeding clouds over the Gulf so they rained out before reaching the island. That’s a documented use of cloud seeding to create drought, not just rain. To this day we don’t even know that project’s name.

FACT: Nations still accuse each other of weather theft — and we can’t prove or disprove it

Iranian President Ahmadinejad accused European countries of “stealing Iran’s rain” in 2010, 2011, and 2012 — the last time in front of the United Nations. Iranian Brigadier General Gholam Reza Jalali followed up in 2018–2021, accusing Israel and the UAE of “stealing our clouds.” Then came the Dubai floods.

Was it payback? Could Iran have dumped cloud seeding material into an atmospheric river already headed for Dubai? It’s possible — the technology exists, the motive exists, the history exists. But here’s where I part ways with most commentators: I never speak with certainty about things that cannot be proven, and without a verification regime, none of this can be proven in a court of law. That’s not a bug in the system. That’s the design flaw we need to fix.

FICTION: NEXRAD Doppler radar steers hurricanes

I was once guilty of this one myself. Years ago I mapped every Doppler radar in North America and watched the weather every single day, wanting to catch the smoking gun. You know what I saw? Not one cloud ever changed direction.

The math tells you why. A WSR-88D NEXRAD radar peaks around a million watts, and the government’s stated effective radiated power sounds enormous — until you apply the duty cycle (it’s only transmitting a fraction of a percent of the time), which knocks the real-world average down to roughly 1,400 watts spread through a massive, constantly moving volume of air. The sun delivers about 1,300 watts per square meter to the ground; even standing in a NEXRAD’s don’t-go-here danger zone you’d get about 96 W/m². A hurricane releases on the order of 10¹⁶ joules (watts) per second. Attacking a hurricane with a weather radar is like going after a bear with a toothpick — and the radar is non-ionizing X-band or S-band energy in a flowing medium. You’re not cooking anything; the sky is a river.

FICTION: HAARP is cooking the weather

Same story. I spent three years monitoring HAARP transmissions with ham radio friends (you can tune in yourself, 2.8–10 MHz), cross-checking every activation against temperature, humidity, and satellite observations, hoping to be the guy who caught it on video. Every single time it came on: not one meteorological data point changed. 3.6 million watts into 180 antennas, and no weather ever moved. HAARP is space-weather modification, not local or global weather modification.

Here’s the bigger point: in the entire published scientific record, there has never been a single documented case of an electromagnetic frequency modifying the weather — with the narrow exceptions of cloud ionizers and lasers, both of which work through ionization, which radars and HAARP do not produce in the troposphere. The same goes for “scalar waves”: no one in history has ever demonstrated one. And believe me, if someone had, the United Arab Emirates Rain Enhancement Program would be throwing money at them. If you make it rain on them, they will make it rain on you.

I’m willing to be wrong — but you have to come with evidence, and in 20 years, nobody has.

Why does this matter? Because every hour spent yelling about NEXRAD and HAARP is an hour not spent on the real, funded, chemical programs — like Stardust Solutions, an Israeli geoengineering startup with $60 million in venture capital openly planning stratospheric aerosol deployment by 2030 and angling to become a government contractor. The fiction protects the fact.

FACT: Weather modification has always been chemical — and it’s been monetized

Cloud seeding was invented in 1946 at General Electric by Vincent Schaefer, Irving Langmuir, and Bernard Vonnegut. Langmuir himself claimed that 30 milligrams of silver iodide, under optimum conditions, liberates energy comparable to an atomic bomb — and he publicly admitted their New Mexico seeding experiments preceded devastating flooding in Omaha in the 1950s.

In 1958, Dr. Florence Van Straten created clouds on demand with carbon black dust — and erased them by overseeding. William Gray’s 1974 paper proposed carbon dust to modify hurricanes by absorbing solar radiation. The Air Force’s Owning the Weather in 2025 roadmap (published 1996) listed carbon black dust as a technology to be developed by 2005 — the year Katrina hit. I hold three Freedom of Information Act documents from the Air Force and Navy that mention carbon black dust by name.

After Katrina, the Department of Homeland Security convened a 2008 hurricane modification workshop in Boulder. Nearly every proposal on the table was chemical. And in the hurricane-steering patents filed by Bill Gates’ circle (Nathan Myhrvold’s Intellectual Ventures, with geoengineers in the room), there is language proposing to notify a party of projected hurricane damage, collect payment, and steer the storm elsewhere. That is disaster capitalism filed with the US Patent Office: whoever pays the most avoids the damage, and the poor get drowned out. When I confronted Ken Caldeira about this in 2012, the answer was that any profits would go to charity. Sure they would.

FACT AND FICTION: Chemtrails — the trails are real, the story is wrong

Nobody in this audience claims every contrail is a chemtrail, and I don’t either. But after collecting 120+ “pumps and pipes” claims at ChemtrailFacts.com, I can tell you the photographic “evidence” collapses under scrutiny: the famous pipes in The Dimming are factory-installed Airbus A319 pylon drains (I have the patent, and I’ve interviewed flight-line mechanics who check them by hand); the viral C-130 photo is Malaysian saltwater cloud seeding, not a US spray plane; the Youngstown Air Reserve Base sprayer is a real, documented mosquito adulticide and oil-dispersant unit. Real pipes, real sprayers, wrong story.

Meanwhile, contrail physics has been understood since the 1940s. WWII B-17s — propeller-driven bombers — left persistent white stripes over Germany. Navy meteorologists on aircraft carriers routed pilots around ice supersaturated regions (ISSRs) so contrails wouldn’t give away the fleet’s position. The Schmidt-Appleman criterion lets us predict contrail formation so reliably that I’ve publicly predicted “spray days” days in advance on X, to the astonishment of the chemtrail crowd. When Tennessee and Florida (SB 56) banned weather modification and geoengineering, I warned the sponsors: the ban will not change the trails in the sky — and it didn’t, and people were furious, and Tennessee environmental employees ended up in protective custody over it. Banning cloud seeding is enforceable (Texas licenses it through the TDLR); banning contrails through state law is theater. And notice: no state west of the Mississippi — where Bureau of Reclamation-legacy cloud seeding blankets the Rockies and utilities like Idaho Power and Sacramento Municipal Utility District run seeding programs — has banned cloud seeding. They ban what they don’t use.

FACT: The real “chemtrail” is jet fuel exhaust — and it’s worse than you think

Here is the truth that’s scarier than the fiction. Every liter of jet fuel burned produces 1.24 liters of water plus a plume of black carbon soot coated in sulfuric acid and laden with aluminum, barium, strontium, vanadium, molybdenum, copper, nickel, lead, magnesium, and manganese — straight out of the crude oil it was refined from, plus engine lubricant oil and metal particles eroded from the turbofan blades themselves (Abegglen et al. 2016, chemical characterization of freshly emitted particles by mass spectrometry). In 2019 alone, aviation emitted roughly 44 million pounds of nanoparticles — 287 septillion particles. These are excellent cloud condensation nuclei. In the right atmospheric conditions, they make cirrus clouds. I don’t call them chemtrails or contrails — I call them plane farts — but they are changing the sky.

And the part most people miss: you don’t have to see lines for the dumping to be happening. The Indian Space Research Organization found 10,000 black carbon particles per cubic centimeter at 18 kilometers — 60,000 feet, in the stratosphere — and the only possible source was aviation. The northern hemisphere, where 80% of commercial aviation flies, is now chemically distinct from the southern hemisphere. No lines in the sky does not mean a “no-spray day.”

Now connect the dots to geoengineering. When Mexico banned geoengineering, David Keith — one of the men who distributed Bill Gates’ money to the field — said you can’t really ban putting sulfur in the stratosphere, because commercial aviation does it every single day. He’s right. Jet fuel (kerosene) is allowed up to 3,000 parts per million sulfur, while highway diesel was forced down from 500 ppm to 15 ppm decades ago. By my calculations, aviation is putting on the order of 747 million pounds of sulfur dioxide annually into the upper atmosphere — and that’s a conservative figure. Geoengineers said they’d need only about 14 planes to geoengineer the whole planet. We are ignoring 42 million flights per year, expected to double by 2050. The stratospheric aerosol injection program is already flying. It just has boarding passes.

The petition: using the Clean Air Act to take our skies back

Talking about this for 20 years wasn’t enough, so we did something nobody has done before. With the help of colleagues at the American Clean Air Coalition — Reinette Senum, Leslie Manookian, Michael Hogan, the Global Wellness Forum, and others — I wrote a 39-page EPA Petition for Rulemaking with 170 scientific citations, submitted to Administrator Lee Zeldin under the Administrative Procedure Act.

We’re asking the EPA for three things:

1. Ultra-low-sulfur jet fuel: reduce jet fuel sulfur from up to 3,000 ppm to 15 ppm — exactly what the EPA already did for diesel trucking. The “engine lubricity” excuse collapses on its face: airlines have been testing zero-sulfur sustainable aviation fuels for 15 years, including transatlantic flights on 100% SAF, and no engines fell out of the sky.

2. Mandatory contrail avoidance. Ice supersaturated regions are predictable and avoidable — Google AI and American Airlines already demonstrated a ~69% reduction in contrail formation simply by routing around them, and the military has practiced contrail avoidance since WWII (you think the B-2s that hit Iran left white stripes behind them?). If they can do it in a test, they can do it at scale.

3. Create a National Aerosol Registry — public monitoring at major hub airports expanding to a nationwide dashboard, so Americans can finally see what is being put into their air.

Once the EPA issues an endangerment finding — that stratospheric sulfur and aviation-made clouds are pollution — the FAA is required by law under the Clean Air Act to act. And if the agencies refuse, the petition creates the legal standing to sue. This is how the game is actually played: not with state-level theater, not with lawsuits over trails that turn out to be water vapor, but with the administrative machinery that already forced the cleanup of diesel and leaded gasoline.

Mike Adams summarized it perfectly on the show: all jet fuel is pollution — every flight, every day, visible or not, no conspiracy required. That reframing is the whole ballgame. If I were the airline industry, having escaped regulation my entire existence, I’d invent the chemtrail conspiracy myself just to keep people staring at the lines instead of the fuel.

✍️ Sign the petition — demand our blue skies back

Who should have veto power over an experiment that affects everyone under the sky? Nobody. Whether it’s a venture-funded geoengineering startup or 42 million flights a year, no one has the right to modify our atmosphere without our consent — and right now they’re doing it without even a verification regime to catch them.

It costs you nothing, it takes two minutes, and unlike arguing about HAARP on the internet, it is aimed at the actual legal pressure point that can change what’s over your head.

For twenty years, Americans have looked up at the streaks crossing their skies and asked questions that went unanswered. They were told it was harmless water vapor. They were told to stop asking.

On May 11, 2026, those questions were formally placed on the federal record for the first time in American history.

The American Clean Air Coalition — a coalition of researchers, legal advocates, and public health organizations including GenSeven, ClimateViewer News, Health Freedom Defense Fund, Missouri Clean Skies, Stand for Health Freedom, and Global Wellness Forum — filed a Petition for Rulemaking with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. It is the first legal action of its kind: nearly two years of research, peer-reviewed science, and the EPA’s own contradictory documents, assembled into a single administrative demand that the agency fulfill its legal obligation under the Clean Air Act.

The target everyone missed

Here’s the uncomfortable truth the petition confronts head-on: the fight against geoengineering has been aimed at the wrong thing.

Thirty-seven states have introduced or enacted legislation targeting atmospheric modification. H.R. 7452 seeks to criminalize weather modification nationally. And yet the largest, most continuous injection of aerosols into our atmosphere isn’t coming from rogue startups with weather balloons. It’s coming from commercial aviation — every single day, on a scale that dwarfs anything else.

Consider the double standard the petition documents. In April 2025, EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin publicly condemned Make Sunsets, a venture-backed startup, for releasing roughly 220 pounds of sulfur dioxide into the stratosphere via balloon. The EPA launched an internal review over 220 pounds.

Meanwhile, according to the petition’s sulfur audit, commercial aviation injected approximately 747 million pounds of sulfur dioxide into the upper troposphere and lower stratosphere in 2024 alone. The EPA’s response? Silence — and a fact sheet claiming jet fuel contains no metal-based compounds, a claim contradicted by the government’s own toxicological profiles and by peer-reviewed measurements that found chromium, iron, aluminum, lead, nickel, copper, and a dozen other metals in aircraft exhaust.

As geoengineering scientist Dr. David Keith once observed,

“you can’t ban putting sulfur in the stratosphere when every commercial flight already does it.”

That’s precisely the regulatory vacuum this petition exists to close.

What the petition documents

This is not a speculative document. It relies on measured, peer-reviewed, climate-model-independent evidence spanning four decades — much of it from NASA, NOAA, and the EPA’s own record. Among its findings:

A chemically altered stratosphere. NASA’s ATom mission found the Northern Hemisphere’s stratosphere is now chemically distinct from the Southern Hemisphere’s — and commercial aviation, concentrated overwhelmingly in the north, is the consistent explanation. Black carbon from aircraft has been measured at altitudes up to 18 kilometers, where it provides catalytic surfaces for the same ozone-destroying chemistry the Montreal Protocol was written to stop.

Skies that are no longer natural. Aviation-Induced Cloudiness — persistent contrails spreading into vast artificial cirrus shields — now covers up to 10% of the sky in high-traffic corridors like the eastern United States. In 2015, NOAA scientist Dr. Charles Long described a sub-visual ice haze from aircraft giving the blue sky “a whitish tint” and concluded we might be conducting unintentional geoengineering. That finding appears nowhere on the EPA’s public contrail pages.

Weather modification, admitted on the record. The petition compiles statements from ICAO, the FAA’s own climate research lead, and the Royal Aeronautical Society showing that contrail formation is treated within the industry as a controllable variable — including proposals to deliberately create “cooling contrails,” which industry participants themselves acknowledged could be considered geoengineering. Google’s AI contrail forecasting is already integrated into American Airlines’ flight planning software.

A human toll. The petition cites a 2024 high-resolution global assessment attributing roughly 74,300 premature deaths per year worldwide to aviation-related particulate matter and ozone — with 1,610 annual U.S. deaths from PM2.5 alone. Ultrafine particle concentrations spike 100–900% up to 18 kilometers downwind of major airports, penetrating homes and lungs. Airport-adjacent soils show heavy metal contamination well above background levels. These numbers do not account for the (likely) millions of health problems caused by breathing nanoparticles that are never attributed to aviation emissions.

Economic harm to the “sunshine economy.” Solar dimming from aviation haze cuts photovoltaic output, degrades agricultural light conditions, and threatens tourism economies built on clear skies — a complaint that goes back to Palm Springs officials in 1958.

What the petition demands

Under Section 231 of the Clean Air Act, the EPA Administrator shall issue emission standards for aircraft pollutants that may reasonably be anticipated to endanger public health or welfare. The word is “shall,” not “may.” The petition asks the EPA to:

1. Issue a formal Endangerment Finding for non-CO₂ aviation emissions — sulfur oxides, black carbon, metallic aerosols, ultrafine particles, and Aviation-Induced Cloudiness.

2. Slash jet fuel sulfur to 15 parts per million — the same standard the EPA already imposes on diesel fuel for cars and trucks. Today’s jet fuel is allowed up to 200 times more sulfur. A transition to 15 ppm would cut the stratospheric sulfur load by over 99% and, by the petition’s estimate, prevent roughly 1,000 U.S. deaths annually.

3. Mandate contrail avoidance — real, binding requirements including onboard humidity sensors to detect and divert around ice-supersaturated regions, regardless of whether industry labels a given contrail “warming” or “cooling.” The Clean Air Act contains no exemption for pollution someone claims is beneficial.

4. Create a National Aerosol Registry — public monitoring at major hub airports expanding to a nationwide dashboard, so Americans can finally see what is being put into their air.

The legal hook is one the EPA cannot easily escape: the agency has already found that lead from piston-engine aircraft endangers public health, and already regulated non-volatile particulate matter from jet engines. Having conceded that roughly 1% of the aviation particle burden endangers the public, it has no coherent basis for ignoring the other 99%. If the agency fails to act within 180 days, the petitioners intend to seek judicial review.

What you can do right now

This petition put the evidence on the federal record. What happens next depends on whether the EPA sees that Americans are paying attention.

1. Sign the petition. Every signature strengthens the public record and demonstrates that this is not a fringe concern — it is a mainstream demand for clean air, clear skies, and honest regulation.

2. Read the petition yourself. Don’t take our word for it. Every claim is footnoted to peer-reviewed science, federal documents, and the EPA’s own publications.

3. Support the legal fund. If the EPA stalls, this goes to court. Litigation takes resources.

4. Share this article. The regulatory vacuum has survived for decades because most Americans never knew it existed. That ends when enough of us look up — and then look into the record.

Our children, and their children for seven generations, deserve to inherit skies that are clear, air that is clean, and a government that keeps its promise to protect them.

The evidence is filed. The law is clear. What’s missing is regulatory will — and that’s where you come in.

Following a landmark filing with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, a coalition of researchers, legal advocates, and public health organizations will convene this Monday evening to publicly present, for the first time, what that filing contains, what it proves, and what it demands. It is the first action of its kind to formally place on the federal record what is actually occurring in America’s atmosphere. The government now has no choice but to respond.

This is not a protest. It is not a theory. It is a federal legal action built on peer-reviewed science, government data, and, critically, the EPA’s own contradictory documents. The agency has 180 days to respond. If it does not, we go to federal court.

Two satellite proposals threaten the night sky — the window to act is now

In the United States, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the agency responsible for authorizing satellite launches and operations, is reviewing two proposals of unprecedented scale and consequence. If approved, they would alter the night sky as we know it, with impacts that would be increasingly difficult, if not impossible, to reverse.

Both proposals are currently open for public comment, making this a critical moment for public engagement as the FCC considers satellite proliferation at unprecedented scales and technologies that pose serious risks to the nighttime environment.

Space-based AI Data Centers

Imagine a world, covered in a 1,000,000 satellite megaconstellation, connected to the internet, and running Artificial Intelligence (AI). The justification:

1. Our current power-grid can not support the exponential growth of the AI industry’s data centers. Protip: This is why the climate change cult is abandoning their New Green Deal agendas, wind farms, and solar power. They found a better way to control the world, or at least, your behavior.

2. Water use of these data centers is enormous and will not be able to sustain growth expectations.

3. Space is the solution: the cold is free cooling and the sun is unlimited power.

The Problem

AI has already shown deceptive and dangerous actions. AI is (mostly) contained in data centers on the ground which can be turned off if SHTF. Experts like Pliny the Liberator routinely subvert “AI guardrails” with jail breaking prompts showing how weak these systems are against user manipulation. What happens when AI goes rogue, in space, with an unlimited power source, worldwide internet connectivity, and decides to sever its ground-based flesh overlord’s control? Sound far-fetched or am I just being a doomer?

The Burning Glass - 1929

In 1929, Hermann Oberth, German-Hungarian physicist and engineer proposed building giant mirrors on a space station to focus the Sun’s radiation on Earth’s surface, making the far North habitable and freeing sea lanes to Siberian harbors. This came during the period from 1887-1963 where many scientists were floating ideas for intentionally melting the arctic to extract oil and gas, among other reasons.

At a research center in Hillersleben a group of them [German scientists] were solemnly laying plans for a “space station” 5,100 miles up, from which a “sun gun” would have the whole earth at its mercy. Assuming that at that height a floating structure would be beyond the pull of the earth’s gravity, they proposed to build a platform for launching rockets into interstellar space and for harnessing the sun’s heat. By use of a huge reflector, like a burning mirror, they calculated that enough heat could be focused on a chosen area to make an ocean boil or to burn up a city in a flash. Their sun gun could also be used, they pointed out, to produce steam and electric power at global receiving stations.

German physicists had already figured out the sun gun’s necessary size (3½ sq. mi.) and composition (metallic sodium). Presumably they also had ideas about how the space station might be kept under control (it would have to revolve with the earth like a satellite) and be supplied with air for its inhabitants. Unperturbed by Allied officers’ skeptical cross-examination, the Germans coolly announced they were certain the thing could be done within 50 or 100 years.

The Artificial Ionospheric Mirror - 1990

This invention relates to generation of a Artificial Ionospheric Mirror (AIM), or a plasma layer in the atmosphere. The AIM is used like the ionosphere to reflect RF energy over great distances. A tiltable AIM is created by a heater antenna controlled in phase and frequency. The heater antenna phase shift scans a beam to paint a plasma layer. Frequency is changed to refocus at continually higher altitudes to tilt the plasma layer.

Bill Gates makes major climate change reversal after years of doomerism: ‘People will be able to live and thrive’

“Although climate change will have serious consequences — particularly for people in the poorest countries — it will not lead to humanity’s demise,” he wrote. “People will be able to live and thrive in most places on Earth for the foreseeable future.”

He’s taken criticism for flying around the globe to trumpet our impending doom due to climate change in a $70 million private jet that spews around 450 gallons of fuel per hour, a hypocrisy he acknowledges in his post but assures he offsets his own staggering carbon footprint “with legitimate carbon credits.”

Astonishingly, Gates goes so far as to point out that cold — not heat — is a far greater threat to humanity, writing, “surprisingly, excessive cold is far deadlier, killing nearly ten times more people every year than heat does.”

Senator Mastriano made a direct ask for President Trump to finally put an end to these programs that have been going on for decades, that clearly ramped up in spending under President Biden. In his letter to Secretary Hegseth, Senator Mastriano states that during the Obama-Biden era the Pentagon classified “climate change” as a national security threat — which redirected billions away from combat readiness and into “unproven environmental schemes.” The FY 2023 request for the Department of Defense included $3.1 billion in so-called “climate investment,” much of which he states supports SRM research and atmospheric experimentation. In his letter to Director Vought, the Senator calls SRM “a legacy of wasteful federal spending — a costly experiment that diverts resources from genuine national needs and undermines public confidence in government accountability.”

Apparently, Doug Mastriano didn’t actually read the Department of Defense funding for 2023. There is absolutely nothing related to deploying geoengineering technology in there. Here’s the facts:

The Department recognizes the vital importance of addressing dangerous transboundary threats. The FY 2023 Budget ensures DoD continues its work to combat current and future crises.  

Addressing the Climate Crisis ($3.1 billion). Investments include:

• Installation Resiliency and Adaptation - $2 billion

• Operational Energy and Buying Power - $247 million

• Science and Technology - $807 million

• Contingency Preparedness - $28 million”

The Engineering Failure

At the core of the problem is physics.

The solid particles proposed for stratospheric spraying—calcium carbonate, alumina, titanium dioxide—can’t be aerosolized properly.

The Columbia researchers write:

“Due to the solid aerosol candidates’ high density and small primary particle size, these are classified as Geldart Group C “hard to fluidize” materials, meaning they resist flowing along with a gas as primary particles, instead forming large (several microns) agglomerates. Cohesive intermolecular forces tend to hold primary particles together, and as primary particle sizes decrease, these cohesive forces tend to decrease less significantly than opposing forces in a gas flow, resulting in agglomerates that resist breakup.”

These particles stick together and form heavy clumps instead of spreading into a fine reflective mist.

That means they fall too quickly and fail to scatter sunlight.

The only way to break them apart, the researchers found, would require aircraft equipped with massive high-pressure compression systems.

“High pressure, slower-moving gas is clearly necessary to impart sufficient drag on an agglomerate, indicating the need for some sort of heavy-duty (> 100-fold pressure increase) in-flight air compression system, or the on-board transport of a highly pressurized carrier gas, which may impact economic assessments of costs for injection, as well as potential safety concerns. Additionally, at higher solid mass fractions, Weber numbers near the throat are reduced, a result of the coupled nature of the solid and gas momentum equations, which limits the ability of gas-particle laden systems to reach Mach 1 at the nozzle throat. If such a nozzle dispersal approach were adopted, this may reduce possible solid dispersal rates (as suggested by literature) additionally increasing injection costs by decreasing the total amount of aerosol able to be injected per flight. Estimates for cost of sulfur-based deployments stem nearly entirely from aircraft-related expenses, making such decreases in payload likely to significantly impact costs.”

In other words, the equipment doesn’t exist.

And even if it did, the cost and safety risks would be prohibitive.

I first covered Stardust back in January, but they are finally making the MSM news.

The startup would use the money it has raised to begin “outdoor contained experiments” as soon as April, Yedvab told POLITICO. Those tests would release the company’s reflective particles inside a modified plane flying about 11 miles (18 kilometers) above sea level.

The idea, Yedvab explained, is that “instead of displacing the particles out to the stratosphere and start following them, to do the other way around — to suck air from the stratosphere and to conduct in situ experiments, without dispersing essentially.” - Politico

Few outsiders have gotten a glimpse of Stardust’s plans, and the company has not publicly released details about its technology, its business model, or exactly who works at its company. But the company appears to be positioning itself to develop and sell a proprietary geoengineering technology to governments that are considering making modifications to the global climate — acting like a kind of defense contractor for climate alteration. - UnDark

Daniel Rosenfeld, the Department of Homeland Security, and Hurricane Modification

Dr. Rosenfeld attended the DHS Hurricane Modification Workshop in 2008, where he proposed modifying hurricanes by cloud seeding with chemicals, and has a 2007 patent for Hurricane mitigation by combined seeding with condensation and freezing nuclei which mentions using sub-micron ammonium sulfate particles.

I had the opportunity to interview Dr. Rosenfeld at the American Meteorological Society’s 21st Conference on Planned and Inadvertent Weather Modification in 2018.

Weather Warfare: Atmo, Inc. vs. Koki Mashita

Atmo.ai was founded in 2019 and said it is a leading company in bringing AI to meteorology, which is useful in forecasting and "weather modification," according to the complaint. The company said its customers include governments, militaries and corporations around the globe.

Mashita was a consultant for the company in the summer of 2024, according to the suit. Mashita was introduced to Atmo's co-founder Alexander Levy in 2022 when Mashita was a student at the University of California, Berkeley, and the company brought him on as an intern that year, the suit said. In that role, Mashita worked on software engineering and had access to confidential company documents, the suit said, noting that Mashita signed a mutual nondisclosure agreement during that time.

While the world was hyperventilating over the announcement of the UK’s solar geoengineering, I waited. There wasn’t enough information on what they were actually planning, so I waited even longer. When the funds from Advanced Research and Invention Agency (ARIA) were finally allocated and the announcement of approved projects were posted, I still waited. After reaching out to several geoengineering scientists and activists I trust (both sides), I am finally ready to deliver my verdict.

I am firmly in the camp that geoengineering, specifically solar radiation management (SRM) using stratospheric aerosol injection (SAI), marine cloud brightening (MCB), cirrus cloud thinning (CCT), or more simply put, ANY METHOD OF BLOCKING SUNLIGHT TO COOL THE PLANET SHOULD BE BANNED, INCLUDING RESEARCH INTO SUCH TECHNIQUES.

Nonetheless, the chemtrail people are once again screwing up the ability to even have a real conversation about the seriousness of rallying push-back on geoengineering field experiments and eventual deployment because they are ignorant, scared, and addicted to the fear fed to them by propagandists posing as activists.

This is what ignorance breeds: fear and violence.

Stratospheric Aerosol Injection (SAI)

Natural Materials for Stratospheric Aerosol Injection

Award: £5.5m over 36 months

Stratospheric Aerosol Injection (SAI) is a widely discussed potential climate cooling method, but the most commonly proposed materials (sulfates) carry significant hazards in this context, including potential ozone depletion and toxicity. Addressing whether safer, alternative materials could ever be feasible or effective for SAI is therefore a critical, unanswered scientific question. This project will undertake fundamental research to investigate the properties and behavior of innovative, non-toxic, non-sulfate materials in a very controlled manner.

The research combines laboratory studies and computational modelling with unique and contained material exposure experiments. In these experiments, tiny (milligram) amounts of materials that occur in natural mineral dust (such as limestone, dolomite, or corundum) will be secured onto supports inside the gondolas of specially adapted weather balloons. These balloons are likely to be launched from sites in the USA and/or the UK; the specific site will be determined in line with ARIA’s requirements for community engagement. The balloons will carry the samples into the stratosphere for exposure periods ranging from hours to weeks before performing controlled descent for recovery. Crucially, no materials will be released into the stratosphere; this approach effectively brings the stratosphere to the samples. Studying the recovered samples will reveal how stratospheric conditions affect their properties over time. This foundational science is essential to advance understanding of the potential impacts of SAI and for determining if less harmful alternatives to sulfates might exist (and if they might warrant further study in the context of SAI).

Marine Cloud Brightening (MCB)

Marine Cloud Brightening in a Complex World

Daniel Harrison, Southern Cross University

Award: £1m (potentially rising to £5m with matched funding) over 5 years

This project investigates Marine Cloud Brightening (MCB), a potential way to cool specific areas by enhancing cloud reflectivity using a spray of seawater. Building on their experience conducting previous small-scale outdoor experiments in partnership with local communities around the Great Barrier Reef, Australia, this team seeks to deepen our understanding of MCB. While the concept could potentially protect vulnerable ecosystems like coral reefs from heat stress, its real-world effectiveness remains uncertain. This research aims to address this critical knowledge gap by investigating the complex atmospheric dynamics and microphysical processes involved, moving beyond basic principles to assess if, and how, MCB could work safely and effectively.

The research combines advanced computer modelling with the development and indoor testing of sea salt sprayers. If these findings suggest promise, and subject to meeting ARIA’s governance requirements, the project plans to conduct small-scale, controlled outdoor experiments over the Great Barrier Reef in years 3 and 4 of the 5-year project. These outdoor experiments are strictly contingent on prior results, rigorous independent safety reviews, regulatory approvals, and continued co-design and partnership with Traditional Owner groups, local stakeholders, and the broader community of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park. If approved, these controlled experiments could involve brightening clouds within areas up to 10 km × 10 km, with seawater spraying taking place over 5-6 weeks, for 6 to 8 hours per day. All activities will fully adhere to ARIA's robust governance framework, emphasising transparency, environmental risk minimisation by design, and community engagement. The overall goal is to generate crucial real-world data to determine the effectiveness and risks of MCB, and its potential for protecting vulnerable ecosystems at a regional scale.

A REsponsible innovation Framework for assessing noveL spray tEChnology research To examine local albedo changes from marine brightening and its multi-scale impacts (REFLECT)

Hugh Coe, University of Manchester

Award: £6.1m over 3 years (initial phase)
Team: University of Manchester | University of Cambridge | Archipelago Technology | University of Exeter | Finnish Meteorological Institute | University of Leeds

Marine Cloud Brightening (MCB) and Marine Sky Brightening (MSB) – ideas for cooling the Earth by increasing the reflectivity of clouds or the sky using tiny droplets of seawater – depend critically on having the right technology to generate sprays of these droplets effectively. However, the technical feasibility and optimal methods for doing so are poorly understood. This project aims to address this gap by developing and responsibly testing the necessary spray technologies to determine if these approaches could be viable.

Over an initial three-year period, the team will undertake computer modelling, build bespoke sprayers based on the modelling results, and conduct indoor tests. A crucial part of this phase involves beginning collaborative engagement with local communities to co-design potential future outdoor experiments. Any small-scale, controlled outdoor experiments to test sprayer performance would only occur after this initial phase, contingent on further funding, successful co-design demonstrating community engagement and support, and strict adherence to ARIA's safety and governance protocols. These potential tests are expected to be undertaken in the UK (location to be determined). Initial tests, if approved, would be very limited, lasting only a few seconds and creating small plumes of seawater spray just a few hundred metres in size. Only if these initial tests prove successful and safe might later experiments explore brightening larger cloud areas, potentially up to 10 km long and a few hundred metres wide. These tests are inherently benign, replicating natural processes that generate sea spray over the ocean developing spray systems such as those that are already employed to cool crowds with fine mists of water and dampen construction sites to suppress pollution. The overall goal is to establish a robust and responsible experimental framework to assess the technical feasibility and optimal methods for MCB and MSB.

BrightSpark – Cloud brightening with electric charge

Giles Harrison, University of Reading

Award: £2m over 36 months
Team: University of Reading | Menapia Ltd | Celestial

Finding ways to influence cloud reflectivity is a key research challenge. This project investigates using controlled electric charge, a natural atmospheric phenomenon, to influence water droplets in fogs and clouds as an alternative to spraying seawater. The research aims to determine if carefully managed electrical charges could offer a safe and effective method for enhancing cloud reflectivity.

The team will investigate the fundamental science of how artificial charge release affects cloud and fog droplets. The project includes plans for very small-scale (on the order of 100 m × 100 m), controlled outdoor experiments in the UK during the third year of the project. These experiments are strictly conditional on demonstrating appropriate levels of community engagement, co-design, and adherence to ARIA’s rigorous safety and ethical governance framework. The core goal is to gather foundational data to assess if this method is viable and safe enough to warrant further investigation.

Glacier Geoengineering

Re-Thickening Arctic Sea Ice (RASi)

Shaun Fitzgerald, Centre for Climate Repair

Award:£9.9m over 42 months
Team: University of Cambridge | University of Manchester | University College London | Nansen Environmental and Remote Sensing Center | Real Ice | Arctic Reflections | University of Washington | Arizona State University

The Arctic is warming much faster than the global average, leading to dangerous sea ice loss with far-reaching consequences. This project investigates whether deliberately thickening sea ice during winter could be a viable way to slow summer melt, reduce Arctic warming, and mitigate further ice loss. The research aims to provide critical data on the feasibility, scalability, potential ecological impacts, and overall effectiveness of this approach, which involves accelerating natural freezing processes using seawater from underneath the ice.

Researchers will conduct controlled, small-scale experiments in Canada across three winter seasons (2025-26 to 2027-28). The process involves pumping seawater from beneath existing ice and spreading it on top, where the frigid air freezes it quickly, creating thicker ice patches. Over the course of the project (and if the early experiments suggest the approach is ecologically sound), later experiments will aim to cover areas up to 1 km² per experiment site. The key questions are whether this thicker ice lasts longer into the summer, how it might affect ice movement, and what the local ecological impacts are. These experiments will be conducted in close collaboration with local communities and under ARIA's stringent governance framework, prioritising safety and environmental monitoring. The goal is to gather essential real-world data to rigorously assess if this intervention warrants further consideration.

Last night, he appeared on Dr. Phil’s show and was asked a question about Stratospheric Aerosol Injection (SAI) solar geoengineering by one of the guests at the town hall interview on Trump’s First 100 Days (FULL INTERVIEW).

Guest: My name is Emily and my biggest concern is the stratospheric aerosol injections that are continuously peppered on us every day: Bromium, Aluminum, Strontium. It's sprayed in our skies all day long. And I know you've talked to Dane Wigington about this. He seems to be one of the experts in the field...

Dr. Phil: is there a question?

Guest: Uh, yes, how do we stop it?

RFK Jr: That is not happening in my agency, you know, we don't do that. It's done, we think, by DARPA and a lot of it now is coming out of the jet fuel. You know those materials are put in jet fuel. We, I am going to do everything in my power to stop it. We're bringing on somebody who's going to think only about that, find out who's doing it, and holding them accountable.

The Chemtrail Narrative 360°

This has to be one of the most stunning changes in narratives I have seen in my almost 20 years of researching geoengineering, chemtrails, and contrails. Never have I ever heard anyone in the chemtrail industrial complex discuss these two MAJOR things: sulfur and jet fuel.

When asked about SAI (chemtrails), and more specifically, Dane Wigington, he brushed away Dane and said that he believed that somebody is adding something to the jet fuel, pointing the finger at possibly DARPA as the culprit.

I have been saying the entire time that jet fuel makes clouds and sulfur is geoengineering the stratosphere (from burning jet fuel).

Within the last month:

EPA Secretary Lee Zeldin mentioned sulfur dioxide geoengineering is pollution and could be regulated under the Clean Air Act. This is the first time many in the chemtrail world have even heard anything about sulfur. This shows how little the public understands about geoengineering with stratospheric aerosol injection (SAI).

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. mentioned that the metals the guest was bringing up come from jet fuel, and he is correct. The clouds created by planes are caused by jet fuel burning in the right atmospheric conditions.

Right now, chemtrail horror show fans’ heads are exploding!

What is RFK’s DARPA Connection?

I think the most likely answer is the simplest one: Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) or Biofuels.

Contrails might be a punch line in the culture these days, thanks to the imaginative folks who have rechristened them “chemtrails” and embroidered them with elaborate theories involving government and corporate misdeed.

But contrails are pretty serious business for a less conspiratorial reason: scientists believe these ice clouds generated by water exhaust gases from aircraft engines could have a real impact on the climate, perhaps by cooling temperatures during the day and warming them at night.

In 2009, DARPA put out a request for proposals to create HEFA based biofuels. HEFA stands for Hydroprocessed Esters and Fatty Acids. It's a process used to convert vegetable oils, waste oils, or fats into Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) through a hydroprocessing (hydrogenation) process.

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is interested in proposals for research and development efforts to develop a process that efficiently produces a surrogate for petroleum-based military jet fuel (JP–8) from oil-rich crops produced by either agriculture or aquaculture (including but not limited to plants, algae, fungi, and bacteria) and which ultimately can be an affordable alternative to petroleum-derived JP–8. Current commercial processes for producing biodiesel yield a fuel that is unsuitable for military applications, which require higher energy density and a wide operating temperature range. There are several research institutions and companies collaborating on this effort.

SAF can be created many ways with main two processes being HEFA and Fischer-Tropsch (FT). The Fischer-Tropsch (FT) process is a chemical reaction that converts a mixture of carbon monoxide and hydrogen (syngas) into liquid hydrocarbons. This process is crucial in coal liquefaction and gas-to-liquids technology, enabling the production of synthetic fuels and chemicals.

Since it gets a little technical for the average reader, if you want to learn more about SAF, here’s a beginners guide:

Summary

Robert F. Kennedy Jr’s mentioning jet fuel is the problem is a step in the right direction. Though uncertain, his DARPA link seems to align with the adoption of SAF.

Here’s the rub: BIOFUELS ARE NOT A CLIMATE CHANGE SOLUTION!

Furthermore, despite all the green investing since the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007, less than 0.2% of aviation fuel in use is SAF.

• Early Growth:

  By early 2020, over 250,000 flights had used SAF blends, and over 6 billion liters of SAF had been used, according to a report from RSB.

• Increased U.S. Production:

  U.S. production of Other Biofuels (which includes SAF) increased from 2,000 b/d in 2020 to 19,000 b/d in 2023, reports the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA).

• Growing Consumption:

  EPA data show that approximately 5 million gallons of SAF were consumed in 2021, 15.84 million gallons in 2022, and 24.5 million gallons in 2023, according to the Alternative Fuels Data Center.

• Future Projections:

  The IEA forecasts that SAF use will increase significantly in the coming years, with the potential for it to account for 10% of jet fuel demand by 2030, and 65% of carbon mitigation needed to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050, as stated in the IEA's Aviation report.

• Policy Support:

  Policies like the U.S. SAF Grand Challenge and the EU's ReFuelEU Aviation Regulation are expected to further incentivize and drive the adoption of SAF.

Limitations:

• Limited Production Capacity:

  Despite the growth, SAF production capacity remains limited, with only a few commercial SAF projects in operation, according to a report from Pathways to Commercial Liftoff.

• Cost and Availability:

  SAF is currently more expensive than conventional jet fuel, and its availability is limited, which presents challenges for wider adoption, as reported by Finnair.

The stated purpose of the act is "to move the United States toward greater energy independence and security, to increase the production of clean renewable fuels, to protect consumers, to increase the efficiency of products, buildings, and vehicles, to promote research on and deploy greenhouse gas capture and storage options, and to improve the energy performance of the Federal Government, and for other purposes."
